Thanks for all the reviews of Omega here. I went ahead based on the reviews here. There are so much details to them than just picking out new contemporary black trim windows!

All in all, I am proud of supporting a local business from sales to factory to install crews, they are all local businesses. I'm very happy with my new windows (4mm double pane casement style) and contemporary front door.

Service Highlights:
- Gregory's amazing service and expertise in helping me to pick the optimal type of windows for energy efficiency and noise abatement.
- Yuli's great communication and dedication for excellence. He made sure I ordered the right windows and helped me to source the door I wanted without the extra wait. He did extra quality control to ensure the windows paints are up to his standard.
- The day of service was also amazing. The crew was dedicated, clean, and ensure everything is upgraded. Yuli made sure I'm totally satisfied with the job afterwards. Wow!

I plan to order more windows next year.

Yuri and his installers were incredible from start to finish. Their only concern was to make sure I was happy all the way through the process and the installers even reinstalled my blinds when they were finished.

I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. If I could give them more stars, I would!

Omega windows and doors is the company to beat! From start to finish they have been fantastic. Our sales person, George was so wonderful to communicate with. He was prompt in responding to emails and was always very professional and helpful. We met with George at our house and in the show room and he was so patient and knowledgeable explaining the large variety of options that omega offers. George and team superseded our expectations and produced the custom door of our dreams. We want to also thank Steve and team who installed the door. They were friendly, efficient, and clean. We had a company come by this spring to clean our windows and screens. Some time after they left, we noticed they damaged a few of our screens. While we're still dealing with the cleaning company, we contacted Yuri @ Omega Universal to see if they could take a look. It was 7 years ago when they replaced our windows, and I wasn't sure they'd really care to come out and look at fixing screens. To my pleasant surprise, Yuri was quick to respond and showed up at our house the next day to assess the screens. He took the screens away and we had them back by the end of the day as good as new. Incredible service!!! Thank you, Yuri!!!
