I was desperate to find a contractor that will do a
good job and the cost will fit my budget. You see almost 2 yrs. back, upon my co-workers recommendation, I hired an independent contactor named to replace all the windows and 3 doors in the house. I paid 30% down for the job. I waited more than a year for this guy to start work and he managed to do only 2 doors in almost 2 wks. The doors are not the same configuration I have agreed to and the work was sloppy. I decided to look for another contractor but quotations were way beyond my budget. Until, I came across Omega in my searches. The moment Yuriy set the initial
appt, everything went very smoothly. From getting the measurements and deciding the appropriate window styles with Michael until the installation with Shevget and Alecs they were done very efficiently. There were some
minor hiccups but nothing that Yuriy cannot sort out. I would say the entire process from the initial appt to end only took 3 wks. Look no further do business with Omega!

Door was installed efficiently and at a reasonable price. Owner is trustworthy and respectable. Would recommend.

What amazing story: we decided to replace set of windows (6) and balcony door (huge!), after 15 years of cold winters and hot summers in our house (were commercial grade windows, poor quality). Got from friend recommendation for Omega Universal Ltd.
From the first meeting with the Company Rep everything was just perfect: He was patiently leading us in pros-cons reasons for choosing the right product for our project (facts, competitive price, expected quality, delivery time). His promises were as per the book (I have to admit, I was little reserved..). But it was like Christmas gift: we made written contract, and EVERYTHING proposed by the contract was perfectly designed, delivered, and installed just in time. Highly professional installation crew did job in an amazing short period of time (in December !). Now, we must adjust furnace thermometer on lower temp, due to the far better thermo-insulation with new windows and door. Strongly recommending Omega Universal Ltd.

The service that I got from this company was EXCELLENT. The owner was a pleasure to work with. He gave us a great deal on all our windows plus the sliding door and front door. His workers were efficient and worked very quickly to get the job door. Very happy with their work. Would recommend them to anyone.
