Yuri did a great job from start to end. His quote for front and back door was the best. When we placed our door order with him. He called us a couple of weeks later to let us know exactly when the doors would be ready from the factory. His installer arrived on time on the installation day, worked efficiently and cleaned up well after themselves as well. You can see how great the door look in the picture. I am giving Yuri and his team five stars even though there was a minor issue with the lock on the back door. I called Yuri and he sent his man back the same day. Yuri called after to make sure the lock was adjusted to my satisfaction. Yes, sometimes things don't go perfectly but it is the commitment to customer service that makes one company stand out above others. Thanks Yuri and team! Will definitely call you when I am ready for windows!

We are very pleased with the service and workmanship from the team at Omega. Gregory was very personable and helpful when giving our quote. Yury and Jim arrived on time and installed the windows beautifully (our front picture window weighed almost 600 lbs!). Cleanup was as thorough as can be and they made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left. They also had to deal with a large wasp nest but took it in stride. If you are planning on having windows replaced, I would very much recommend that you have a rep. from Omega come out to give you a quote. We are glad that we did!

Yura and his team did a great job replacing windows and patio doors at my property. He did a few jobs for me already and always with a good quality, the house treated with respect, cleaned after completion , every piece of caulking done properly and perfect. Excellent job and we are very pleased how it looks. Also very competitive pricing.

Good quality on the windows, on time and finish the job within a day. However the the installation on the trim wasnt that good, place were chipped, didnt patch up the nails hole properly, and one of the trim were loose. overall is good but not satisfy and the detailing.
