We moved from Toronto to Ottawa. The movers can on Monday . There were seven of them. It took six hours to load the truck. They had to bring an additional van to fit everything. Frankly, I was so impressed with how the guy fit it all in.
On Tuesday in Ottawa, there were three of them. It took six hours to unload and place things in various rooms.
The movers were polite, conscientious, and treated our furniture well. There was nothing scratched or broken. There was one silver taken out of a stair case but I can glue it back in. Very pleased with them.

Their trucks and materials are always clean and new and they always wrap all of my furniture to ensure good delivery. Their crews are always polite and work very hard to ensure that everything is placed in the correct room. Beds are disassembled and assembled, everything is unwrapped and they always ask to see if it is going alright. This is the second move we've done with Toronto Pro Moving which should tell you something. We hired them to pack us up and to do the move. Their packers were extremely careful and everything arrived undamaged. When the move went long (we had a lot of stuff), they brought in more help to assist. They even carefully placed our rugs and levelled our refrigerator. All in all, an excellent experience.
