During our initial correspondence, Sean was prompt, thorough and honest with his replies to my questions. It demonstrated that he put time and thought into his replies and I appreciated that. Ultimately, I chose to hire him and I was pleased with his professionalism. He was punctual, prepared, and very detailed. As he went through his inspection, he offered tips and recommendations. The report he later provided was a good recap of everything we talked about with lots of photos as reminders.

I hired Sean as a home inspector before I purchase a new house in Richmond. Sean did a very through job in inspecting the house. He found dozens of problems which are easily overlooked by me. His home inspection report was very comprehensive, detailed and easy to understand. I would definitely refer Sean to my friends as a home inspector.

I called Sean to come check my home to see if there was any signs of mold. I suspected there may be because there was some water leakage in the home previously. I was late and I changed the appointment a couple of times but he was very understanding and even told me to drive safely. He did a very thorough job and patiently explained everything he was doing. He did end up finding some mold. Originally this was only supposed to be a mold inspection, but it turned out to also include a home inspection at my request. Our house is quite old and not very well maintained, and Sean identified the areas that had issues. He took pictures of all the problems (both mold and other house related issues) and wrote a VERY detailed email explaining the problems and the recommended course of action. He charged me a very reasonable amount considering how much time he spent there, and how much useful information I received. Sean is very detail oriented, patient and reliable. On top of that, he is a super nice guy! I would definitely recommend him for mold/home inspections.

We found our dream home and we had Sean Moss do our inspection. He was very thorough and now we have a document to work on in order to prioritize repairs. He was very thorough and was not afraid of the weather to inspect the roof and was very clear in his communication verbally and with the very detailed report which was very easy to comprehend. I had Sean come in to do a condo inspection for a unit I am purchasing. He was friendly, very professional, punctual, and amazingly accommodating given the situation.

He followed a particular process that meant nothing was missed, and he was extremely detailed in his explanations for all that he inspected. And it's equally reflected in his report. I followed him around as he performed his inspection, and Sean happily answered every question I had. He also pointed out a few cases of mold that needed to be addressed, and provided lots of information in how to handle it.

Despite the current tenant being around during the inspection and sometimes getting in the way, Sean was extremely professional and worked around it. And despite my bungling up the payment, he still came out to meet with me and also go over the detailed inspection report.

Sean was very thorough yet discerning in his approach to our suspected mold/mildew issues. He quickly identified the likely source of the mildew and gave us inexpensive suggestions for treating it and preventing it in the future. We were so impressed with his professionalism that we are planning to ask him to conduct a future house purchase inspection.

We had Sean come in for an inspection of our townhouse unit as there was a prior suspected leak that we wanted him to look into so that the cause could be determined. During the inspection, Sean was extremely professional in his demeanour and very thorough with his work. During his visit, he inspected the entire home and was sure to communicate what he observed every step of the way. Moreover, he offer his advice on what needed to be fixed in terms of priority and how to go about it. As well, he suggested ways to maintain the home wherever he was able to offer his wisdom. His assessment of the home after the inspection was exactly as communicated during the inspection.
