I hired Sean to inspect a condo I wanted to buy after doing some research online and seeing all the positive comments made about his work. He is punctual and you can tell he loves what he does. Sean did a great job and took his time to make sure I understood everything. He also offered good advice. After his verbal explanation to me, I received a detailed PDF report with photos. We had our first home inspection and it was great. I had heard about Sean Moss from a friend and I'm so glad we went with him. He was incredibly thorough and checked for things I never would think of and explained everything to us. We were very pleased.

This is our second inspection contract with Sean Moss. We called Sean back to re-inspect the repairs effected to our attic ventilation system as a result of his original report (see our previuos reveiw). We had an uncomfortable feeling that not all the repairs were completed as promised. Sean identified the short fall deficiencies and initiated direct communication with the contractor on our behalf. The problems are now resolved thanks to Sean's "above and beyond" dedication and commitment.

Sean was fantastic. very thorough, 44 page report &, gave me ideas how to upgrade. He also followed up with a phone call. He went way above & beyond to make sure I understood every item.

Sean did a very thorough inspection and followed up with a detailed and comprehensive report which clearly conveys pertinent information. It was easy to use the information to identify remedial work we would need to immediately and over the years. Lots of useful information just by talking to him regarding how to maintain the home. He is very approachable and professional and I will be using him for all future inspections and recommending him to others looking to protect their large investment.

When I was in the process of buying a new property, everything seemed fine to me, but in order to be on the safe side I asked Sean to perform a thorough inspection. Sean conducted a very professional inspection and issued a very detailed report, showing many photographs & all the things we overlooked. When the builder got this report from me, he repaired all the findings immediately. If I wouldn't have received such a detailed and indisputable report, I would expect to spend a lot of money in the future.
