The owner John was on site every day to make sure things were running smoothly. Work was done in a timely fashion and cleaned up was impeccable.

Very up front and honest company to deal with. John is very professional. His Crew were on time and very clean around the job site. They cleaned up every day after they were done and i Highly recomend there work. They went above and beyond the scope of the project and made sure all the little things were done as well.

Many of my neighbours (8+ on our street) have used JMT. I got 2 other quotes as well but JMT was the fastest to reply and was great price with better specified materials. Also, John the owner even called to discuss and add a personal touch. Very appreciated.

The crews showed up ON TIME as expected and did a great job at prepping the area to avoid any damage to our house, plants, walk ways and BBQ area. The new roof was done in 4 days including a fantastic clean up with rakes and magnet pick up of any random nails or staples.

We also got new gutters and downspouts (highly recommend) and they helped repaint a small fascia board for no extra cost. Two other items that impressed me to highlight were the spill channels they put where a roof peak spills onto another roof face and runs down to a gutter. They put in nice metal channels for that water to run on instead of the water just running down the shingles. It looks great and I am sure will help prolong the look and life of those shingles. The other are the small diverters they put near the end of peaks to keep water running off the tip and directing them into the gutter. Just a really professional touch.

I was very impressed with John and the team at JMT Roofing. After getting three quotes from other roofing companies I called JMT Roofing. John came to my home and explained the process of the work to be done and the quality of the products to be used. He answered all my questions and was very professional, after talking to John I felt confident choosing JMT! The crew was very hard working and skilled, they made sure everything was cleaned up each night before they left and were very polite. John came everyday and took photos sending them to me and explaining everything as the work progressed.
