These folks made having mold in the attic as positive an experience as we might have hoped for. Our 1st introduction to the company was with Kay and she was terrific explaining everything and answering all of our questions and immediately followed up with a no surprises firm quote. An exemplary experience from start to finish. For piece of mind I desired to have my basement's air quality tested. After reading the stellar reviews, I decide to reach out and was answered by Kay who is a very gregarious, effervescent and engaging personality. She addressed all my questions with aplomb and to my surprise was able to have a test later that day!
Drove was the certified technician and he provided a comprehensive overview of what would be tested and level set me on expectations. He was also a pleasure to work with.

My husband found a mushroom in the washroom and I was disgusted! We called and Kate was very kind, we were able to book an appointment for when it was the most convenient for us. We loved the team that came to do the work. They explained everything from top to bottom and answered all of our questions. They were also very mindful of our child and desinfected everything for our safety. I am very grateful for all the work they did and feel at peace knowing there no more mold or mushroom in my house.
