During an attic check I was advised to have professional come and look at some dark spots. The mold guy crew was prompt, professional, and very thorough with what they did. No more mold.

The Mold Guys were extremely quick to respond to my request to test for asbestos in some old flooring that we are looking to remove. Their inspector (Drove) came to the house the same day and collected a sample of the flooring to send to the lab. He said we'd receive the results in a couple of days. Two days later we received the results via email, and I'm happy to say that the lab test determined that there is no asbestos in the flooring. Thanks Mold Guys!

We found the presence of a mold stain behind a box that was placed too close to the ceiling, and we thought it came from moisture in the attic. We called The Mold Guy and from there, everything was simple. I quickly got some advice from the lady over the phone, she was able to give me a quote over the phone and she set an appointment for the very next day. The techs showed up on time, were professional and respectful and fully cleaned the attic mold in a couple hours. They were also able to confirm that the mold stain on the ceiling was only surface mold and promptly cleaned it for us.

Home Inspector had detected mold in the attic of the home I just purchased. He said that the bathroom vent was not exhausted properly and the moisture was venting into the attic. I contacted The Mold Guy because my agent had recommended them. The staff I spoke to were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They provided a quote over the phone and were able to come out early the next morning. They were punctual and friendly and explained the process. They removed all the mold and insulation that had been damaged. They provided before and after pictures and also a report on the removal which included their recommendations. They also provided a certificate that the mold had been removed. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and happy that they were able to book an appointment so quickly. Both the office staff and mold removal individuals were very helpful and professional and provided excellent customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring mold removal. They were friendly, quick and very reasonably priced.

We needed to our new house checked for asbestos before we did any renovations. Drove came and was very helpful. He walked through the whole house with us and checked for other mold.
