Michael was very thorough with the inspection of my new home. He was recommended to me by one of my friends when she helped to sell another home nearby.

He managed to fit us into his schedule pretty last minute (much appreciated!) and did a spectacular job explaining to me the summary of his inspection, as well as tagging the plumbing knobs, etc. that help us figure out what does what.

The report was completed very quickly and was much more detailed than I had anticipated. Definitely worth the money spent and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Firstly, I would recommend a condo inspection to anyone purchasing a condo, and I would certainly recommend Michael for your property inspection services. He accommodated my last minute request by working late in the night the same day! Also, he did a thorough inspection, and gave a detailed report soon after. Moreover, his services are very economically priced compared to others in the market. I will definitely go to him next time and I will surely recommend him.

Michael did a condo inspection for me in New West. First time home buyers, and we had a short window prior to subjects coming off, but he was able to fit us in and provide us with a thorough inspection.
