Mike and Donna's team was wonderful throughout the entire purchasing and installation process. Mike was able to solve our stair nosing issue and Donna sourced a hardwood product they don't normally carry that I had found at another store. Right from my first visit to the store, to answering all our questions, to price matching another store, to overall communication, professional installation, etc., Expert Flooring was a wonderful store to deal with and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. The installation crew was on time, finished in one day and cleaned up before they left. I felt like a valued and respected customer and that's sometimes that is hard to find these days.

It was very pleasant and easy to deal with Expert Flooring. They provided us with immediate service and at a great deal. The workers who arrived were professional and took great care while working in our house. They went above and beyond to carefully move heavy furniture to ensure our carpets were pulled correctly. Our house was not vacant at the time of flooring work. All technicians worked at our house were very accommodating and did all the hazardous work outside, which includes cutting and keeping saw dist outside. Leveling defects on the existing floor were compensated and corrected to yield maximum realistically achievable quality.

We are very pleased with the final result and specially the pleasant experience as well.

I used Expert flooring 3 years ago when I moved into my house and they did a wonderful job on the carpet on the entire 2nd floor as well as the staircase. I recently finished my basement and I called them back for the staircase leading into the basement. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very fair pricing and great products!

Mike and his installers did a fantastic job. Due to a few scheduling errors on my part, we needed them to come in on Xmas and new years so that everything would be done for a party we were having. Mike's team removed all the carpet and flooring in the house and replaced it with engineered hardwood. They changed all the baseboard and shoe molding. Sanded and stained the stair cases to match the floors, installed new iron pickets. We have since hired them to put a runner on the stairs. Mike's prices were unbeatable. He is a true professional and I would recommend him to anyone thinking of getting any flooring work done.
