We had our old carpet upstairs ripped out and replaced with hardwood in the bedrooms and carpet on the stairs and landing. This is the best experience we've ever had with any renovation company. From start to finish, they gave us everything anyone could reasonably ask for:

1. They always answered the phone. Mike and Kathy were always available, always respectful and always courteous. They are also very knowledgeable.

2. The communication was excellent. They gave us great explanations of everything that was going to happen and answered all our questions.

3. The installation was done on time and to our full satisfaction. Mike gave us firm dates and times before the job started and everything was finished in accordance with all of these timelines. The installers were also very courteous and respectful, showed up on time and did an excellent job.

4. We got quotes from other companies and Expert Flooring's prices were very reasonable. At no point did we feel like we were being pushed into anything or that they were trying to upsell us.

We are so pleased with our new carpet and floors!

I purchased laminate flooring to replace broadloom in two rooms of my condo. The product was very high quality for a very reasonable cost. I received excellent customer service from Mike and staff including the delivery person.

It took me a year to finally decide to do it, but every time I went back to ask questions they were always helpful and friendly both Mike and Cathy are pure gems. Mike gave me a free quote and lots of advice to help with all aspects of my reno. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job. I have been coming to Expert Flooring for several years now, for various home renovations that I've done around the house. My wife and I recently purchased a house in Pickering and wanted to get some work done prior to moving in. We reached out to Mike from Expert Flooring and we’re so glad we did. The work included removing all laminate flooring on the first floor, carpet on the stairs, railings and posts, carpet on the second floor, kitchen backslash and full bathroom gut and re-tile.

It was a smooth sailing from the very first moment I contacted the company (Kathy answered the phone) to Mike's follow-up and our payment.

Those guys are very friendly, tactful, professional, knowledgeable, punctual and very easy to deal with. Really - zero headaches on our side. I found them on this site and do not regret we chose them.

We felt quality in everything they do - precise measurements, good recommendations, rich selection of materials, professional team that would always arrive on time as promised, work diligently, and clean up when done. All this while being attentive to both details and customer's requests/questions.
