Eco Choice Windows & Doors

The communication from this company or should I say the lack thereof is appalling. It would be in their best interest to put better policies in place regarding their customer care before, during and after the sale.

I got my basement windows and front door replaced. The windows were smaller than expected. The front door looks great but afterward we found out that the installers had cracked a tile in the floor during install.

I contacted the company and they responded right away but then never got back to me. It has been several weeks so now I'm posting a review to warn others.

Edit to add: the company got back to me. They didn't offer to fix the floor or to compensate us for fixing it. They literally said "sorry to hear you had a bad experience" and that was that.

From the moment we first spoke to Eco Choice we felt that our business and satisfaction were of utmost importance. Our installation took place near the end of February 2022. Recent rain washed away the snow near the house; it could have been messy but the installers ensured all was neat and tidy inside. The quality of the windows, workmanship and professional installation, were outstanding and so was the attention to detail - foam sealer, tight fitting exterior trim and cladding, and neatly applied caulking. Now our home is draft free, warmer and much quieter from outside noises due to triple pane glass. We highly recommend Eco Choice windows. This is an unsolicited review. Sincerely, J. Vasko

I was very pleased with my experience at EcoChoice Windows from start to finish. All employees are friendly, helpful and very knowledgable about their product. I felt that I was getting excellent customer service. The installation guys were prompt, efficient, polite and very skilled at what they do. They did an excellent job installing my front door and 3 windows in my home. They also cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess behind.
I would definitely recommend EcoChoice Windows to family and friends.

Excellent service all around starting with Joe for the quote and sales to the install completed yesterday. The team kept us up to date about supply delays so there were no surprises, and the install work was excellent. Already having them back to do our windows this spring.

We received 6 quotes to replace all the windows and patio door on our 21 year old home.

We ultimately chose Eco Choice, albeit not the least expensive but mid-priced, because of the detailed meticulous window by window review with sales rep Terry. He helped us choose the perfect window for each room based on its function and aesthetic appearance. We were also most impressed with the quality of the windows shown to us compared to other companies.

The installation was delayed due to COVID related supply chain issues, but this last week with a winter storm threatening installation, the Eco Choice crew showed up at 8am and didn’t leave until all 19 windows and 1 patio door were meticulously installed. They returned bright and early the following day to finish the interior work.

The installers were efficient, precise, knowledgeable, polite, organized and clean.

We are thrilled with our new windows and patio door and have an appointment to choose a new front door.

Without hesitation, we would recommend Eco Choice for your window needs, from start to finish, during COVID, all our interactions and results were professional and exceptional.

Our house is 25 years old and was in need of new windows and doors. We chose Eco Choice because they offered European style "tilt & turn" doors which my wife wanted. All-in-all we replaced 24 windows, 2 patio doors and 2 exteriors doors including the front door.

Ilan provided us with the quote which was fair and reasonable. Mike & Arthur did the installation work which was very professional but took a bit longer that estimated due to problems associated with COVID.

We are extemely happy and would recommend Eco Choice if you are looking to get your windows and doors replaced.

New exterior sliding doors installed. New exterior bedroom door with built in blinds installed. We did endless research on product quality and as such chose Eco Choice. The products are the best. The installation team was incredibly meticulous and the quality of workmanship is absolutely amazing. We are so pleased.

When I first called for a quote, the salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was upfront about the timelines and kept in contact periodically with updates. When I did call the office everyone was extremely helpful.

I’ve always dreamed of having California style doors. My house is traditional looking so I was a little worried about this. The final product turned out amazing. Top quality. It was exactly what I was hoping for. The doorhandle was not the one we wanted but Ilan And team ordered a new one with no questions asked. Excellent customer service. Every morning when I come down my stairs this is what I get to see. So wonderful!
