We recently putan offer on an old house, conditional on home inspection. I knew Don from doinghome inspection on my clients’ homes. When it came to our turn, we did nothesitate to use his expertise and knowledge. He was 15 minutes early and didnot waste a minute. He was honest and upfront with every single detail (bad or good). He did not miss one cornerwithout inspecting it. He explained every issue that was discovered and noted itdown. At the end of his thorough inspection, he sat down with us to go over theissues. In addition, he provided us with a CD which contained all pictures takenduring inspection. In addition, at the end of the day of the inspection, he e-mailed us a detailed report with all defects and recommendations.

Don showed up at 10:00 a.m Sunday following a phone call at 8:45 p.m the night before.
The inspection was very thorough and Don explained and answered all our questions in terms we understood.
He gave helpful advice on how to deal with and fix problems.
Received detailed inspection report and DVD with lots of photos.

How do we begin! We called after reading all of the fabulous reviews here, and seeing that the BBB gave Peace of Mind an A-plus rating. Could not be happier! Don was on site before we were, was very friendly, professional and courteous. We felt comfortable asking questions, and not only did he provide excellent service ( everyone is right about how enthusiastic he is about his job!).
