This guy is worth every penny. He does a very thorough job. I was surprised he went on the roof in the middle of December. He found a lot of issues that I walked by the first time I saw my house. I would hire this guy again.

Don was excellent and very detailed. Some people think that you don't need a home inspection if you are buying a newly built home, but you do! There are so many things that the builder misses and their inspector does not look for all the deficiencies. Your inspector works for you. I am glad that I had Don come in before my 1 year warranty was up. The steel support pillar in my basement needed repair, I had two loose toilets, my master bath needed re-grouting, and I need a new vent on my upper level. My AC is also not hooked up properly. Don provided tons of advice on how to improve the efficiency of my home as well. Don knows his stuff and is quite personable. I would recommend him for new and resale home inspections.

Don performed the inspection on my house before I purchased it back in June. The market was hot, and we were eager to finalize things. As a result of Don's inspection we concluded that we had offered too much for the house, and we were able to reduce the purchase price by $7,000 to cover some of the expenses that we were now able to anticipate. Don was extremely thorough, and I have since recommended him to other friends.

Don was very thorough with both home inspections I had done. The first house that I was hoping to purchase Don had found mold among other things, so I was able to back out of deal. My second house inspection was given two thumbs up. Been living in the my house now for almost two years and have had no problems.
