Estimate of work was done quickly and the price was reasonable. Start of work was promised within 2 weeks and was actually started within 1 week. The repair was completed within 1 morning. I would definitely use them again.

I called Novak to replace the siding on my garage which was damaged by rampant ivy. They fit me in within a week or so and did a beautiful job. The work was completed despite harassment from a wasp nest under the siding !. Site was cleaned up well. Price was fair and much less than competitive quotes. Great company who work with pride.

Our 25yr old gutters were due an update and not functioning correctly and we contacted Novak for an estimate which was provided quickly and efficiently. Online ratings were favourable too so we decided to book them for this September.
They arrived on time (9:30am) with prior notice and removed the old guttering to our 4 bed detached house, installed all the new gutters and had completed the job plus installed chimney flashing and removed our satellite dish 5hrs later!
Wow! Place looks great and almost praying for rain on a sunny day to try them out.

Novak and his team did a great job in removing the old and replacing with the new. They are very meticulous about their work wanting to be perfect, which I was very pleased to see. The crew were very friendly and cordial. I would highly recommend them.

The job was started on July 2 and finished 4 days later. The workmanship was excellent! Novak is a perfectionist. Minor dents on the new gutter were spotted and Novak replaced them twice after the machine had problems. The front of the house had a stone front, and they ground down the stone so that the soffits would have no gaps to allow birds inside (which had previously occurred). They come equipped with all the tools, covering the shrubs and air conditioner with drop cloths, leaf blowing the dust from the grinding, and even vacuuming the aluminum shavings. I am extremely pleased with the end result and I would recommend them to anyone, but you have to book well ahead to get scheduled in.

Novak felt like a friend from the start. He was friendly, communicative, and kept the job timing and pricing on point. They did a great job of making my slightly crazy backyard siding look much more cohesive and clean. The windows are really, really nice - deep sills! And the eaves was finally corrected after many years of a bad job done previously. I'll be hiring him again when more windows need replacing. I highly recommend Novak and his team.

Novak may not be the lowest price but competitive. I waited three months for Novak to work on my house (since they are so busy, they must be doing something right). It is definitely worth the wait; top quality service provided with top notch workmanship. Job site was left clean.
