Found Rockstella on Home Stars and so glad I went with them! I did get another quote of a countertop supplier/installer near me, but was not impressed at all. The price was comparable to Rockstella, but the product, colour choices and service was lack lustre. Decided to go with Rockstella and so glad I did! Emailed a VERY basic drawing of my countertops and specs - Natallia got right back to me with a preliminary quote, which at least gave me an idea of how much I was looking at. Called to make an appointment and met with Natallia at the showroom. She was so great to explain what my choices were - and helping me decide. She was not pushy at all, but very helpful at letting me know what was popular, most common, etc. She was able to give me an accurate quote on the spot! The guy that came to measure was very good too. Just make sure you have counters COMPLETELY cleared before they come! Milos and his son did the install and it's perfect! Very clean and timely. There's one seam on the large corner piece, but you can't even see it - he matched it/sealed it perfectly! My old counter had a border/lip between the flat space and the backsplash and he did an excellent job of making a clean cut so I can just patch the bottom of the backsplash.
I wasn't really sure where to start when I needed new countertops - but Rockstella made it very easy, and I am super pleased with the outcome :-) Just start with an email/phone call!

I absolutely love my new quartz counters. Rockstella's selection was amazing, and we got to see large slabs rather then tiny little samples to make our decision easier. Our island counter wraps around two structural end posts, making it challenging to install without seams. Natallia knew it was important to us that we not have any seams and the team worked together to make it happen. Our counters were installed 2 weeks earlier than expected and the installation team went above and beyond! Rockstella has great products, an amazing team and delivers an outstanding customer experience. I highly recommend!

Natalia is great to work with. She answer questions and has solutions. I purchased a great product (Hanstone quarts Silhouette)on budget and it looks great. The entire team is great. Templating and installation. Very very pleased

We got our quartz kitchen countertops from Rockstella December 2020.
Natalia was very friendly and helpful with picking out options out in the showroom, and very flexible when we changed our mind on colour after ordering!
