The crew arrived on a Friday afternoon of a long weekend right after I called, covered the roof with tarps weighted down so they stayed put in the wind and kept the rain off until they came back Tuesday. The old flat tar and pebble was removed and taken away, the roof was built up so water would drain off to one corner and an impermeable seal applied. Eaves troughing and soffiting as well as trim was put up, all waste was carried away, the soiled walls of the house were washed, eaves troughs cleaned and all was accomplished under the quoted estimate.

These guys are amazing! I called and talked to Rob on a Sunday afternoon, when most companies wouldn't answer a phone call. I was looking for T-interlocking shingles for our roof which are discontinued, but luckily Rush had some! Rob even had someone come out that night to give us an estimate. They did fast and amazing work. It was fair priced and we were happy. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I am so glad I found Rush Roofing! Use them, you won't be disappointed:)

We had Rush Roofing come and replace our old pine shake roof to an updated ash fault shingle. The workers were on time, courteous and professional. Highly recommend for your roofing needs.

Rush Roofing came and fix roof on my Property twice: first Garage and then House. Both times they were very good. The roof were properly installed, No leak through 7 years. They respect neighborhood by carefully parking exactly on our lot, carefully not destroy lawn, workers were polite and respectful, no loud music or load noise that may disturb others. They cleaned up the work-site, and revisit our house after 2 or 3 weeks to be sure that the rain or wind may not cause any damage. The estimator carefully and honestly explained what needed to be done immediately, what could be delayed , so that we may not have to spend more money that we may need not to. . They also installed low slopped and flat roof of our garage, that very few companies are willing to do. We are more than satisfied as we made the right choice in calling them. They came within 1 week after we called and finished the work in one day. For me the price was very reasonable, even though if you find cheaper quotes, the quality may not be up to par and then there would be real headache if the roof has to be repaired again, as the result of strong wind and extended snow covering. Peace of mind is the first priority when comes to roofing.

Contacted Rush to fix a repair from another contractors mistake. They were prompt, courteous, under estimated cost. Highly recommend. Great owner/employees. Fixed what the original & another Okotoks contractor) failed to do.

We've hired Rush Roofing to fix our hail damaged roof only because our insurance Adjustor used them for the assessment of the claim. Initial communication was very professional, but as soon as the work began, the problems started emerging. Immediately after installation the roof started leaking significantly. They came next day to check, and fixed it in a few days by placing missing nails in the roof. After two weeks it rained again, and there was another leak in the roof. We called Rush Roofing again, they said they would come and look at it; no explanation, no apologies, as if nothing happened. They came few days later, blamed it on the siding people but fixed the roof. There were numerous unreturned phone calls, missed appointments, broken promises. We still are not sure about the quality of the final job. We would be very reluctant to recommend Rush Roofing to anyone. They caused us too much hustle and stress. We spoke with the manager who was quite defensive, but offered to fix little chip in the window seal to satisfy us, but did not address the complaints we had about the whole process. We've said we'd fix it ourselves. We regret we'd hired them, it was very disappointing.

I attended at a Home Show and visited several roofing companies. I was impressed with Larry Gelean, General Manger of Rush Roofing, who I found to be very helpful. Pete Janzen was the estimater. He was punctual, answered all my questions and made suggestions. His detailed Contracting Proposal was precise and easy to understand. The day after the shingles were delivered, three roofers began work. I found them to be courteous, polite and worked very efficiently. When they were finished, they totally cleaned up everything, including sweeping my driveway for any debris. A couple days later someone from the company came to inspect the roof and make sure everything was in order and properly done. I would absolutely recommend this company for their promptness, courtesy and excellent work.

After contacting three different roofing companies I narrowed it down to this company. I visited their location and was assisted in selecting the type and color for my roof. They come to the house and completed the roof installation in one day. Happy with the service and products.

We needed to re-roof our home. We had 10 or more contractors come out for an estimate. We selected Rush roofing because they had competitive pricing, we were able to obtain the product and extended workmanship warranty and they were very accommodating in our requests.

The front office was very friendly as was the estimator that came to the property. We have a large home and the crew of six completed the job in a day. The job was professionally done and the clean up was great. The follow up was good with another visit scheduled this spring. I would highly recommend this firm.
