Professional service, very surprised it was so easy and it went so well. Two professional young guys showed up when expected with a huge boom truck and carried drywall into the basement. Very present experience compared to doing it myself from Home Depot.

I am so happy today! June 2012 is when the house got lifted, I had to leave for four months, my cat got sick enough that I had to learn to force-feed her, the people who lifted my house broke a garage wall in half - but did a good job not letting my house fall in the hole. I had an addition built on to the house and paid "professionals" who finished it terribly. Today is December 31 2013, after dealing with the cat, the addition - so bad I don't want to even turn the light on in there, the garage thing, a new front yard, a new backyard and, furnace, plumbing, heating and through everything in between I just wanted to get some drywall into the basement. Today that happened. Thank you so much for making 2013 end happily and for rounding out those nightmare experiences with a really wonderful one. PEOPLE, when you need drywall don't bother with anyone else ! Roy was super great - immensely helpful, and the guys who delivered the material were careful and neat. Overall the top-notch quality attention I received and service that followed was unbeatable. 10 out of 10. no question.

We had insulation and drywall delivered to our three-story house by 1-800 drywall.
We are extremely pleased with the service, many thanks to Roy who was involved every step of the way. There were several small glitches with Roxul insulation, which was not available for next day delivery, but Roy had a backup plan just in case. Turned out it was not needed.
Several bags of Corning insulation had to be returned which was processed in a timely manner, with full CC refund.

Thanks so much for the great service and responding to my call so quickly. Great delivery guys. Product was excellent quality, price was very competitive, considering the delivery was to my basement.

I bough all my drywall and insulation from 1-800-drywall on the phone were excellent (Roy one of the managers did an outstanding work) the day of the delivery they could not do it ( it was a bad situation since I had my contractor at site waiting for it) I have to say weather was pretty bad that day a lot of rain.
Roy the manager promised to have deliver the day after and they did , they not only came early that day but the crew was very polite and helpful with all the request were to place the drywall and insulation.
Roy call me the next day to make sure I was happy with the materials and the delivery. and on top of that he compensate me for the troubles the delay caused.
I will buy 100% again from them.
