1 800 Drywall

I needed close to 100 sheets of drywall delivered...on one of the last days before the Christmas holidays. Not only did they deliver the next day after my order, their carry in service into my basement was included (free), they had sheet lengths and sizes I couldn't find any where else, AND they beat the competitions price by over 15%! This is one VERY happy customer!

We were referred to 1-800 Drywall at a time of serious drywall shortage in western Canada. After having difficulty finding any supply of drywall for our new house project, we connected with 1-800 Drywall and I must say it was by far the best materials sales experience I've had in years (and maybe ever). Not only were they able to complete our full order from stock in a local warehouse with almost "next day" delivery, their service from sales through to delivery was professional, responsive, courteous and, frankly, top notch.

Price was very reasonable and competitive under the circumstances (local drywall shortage) and included "walk in" delivery right into the main floor, basement and garage. In fact, their delivery team even accommodated us well beyond our original drywall placement request (my oversight).

It is refreshing to see a company still take some pride in total customer satisfaction and offer value added service. A rare trait in today's consumer and contractor marketplace. 11 out of 10 stars!

After lugging 6 sheets of 9-foot drywall into my basement for a reno, I came to my senses. Ordered the remaining 45 sheets I needed to complete my basement from 1 80 Drywall. Great service, at a fair price, delivered on time and right into my basement. What’s not to like?

I contacted 1-800 Drywall two days ago in Edmonton, the entire process from ordering on line to the delivery was very easy. My order was delivered today and on time, the crew delivered everything to my basement and made sure no damage was done to the house.

Drywall without drama. I would recommend them and use them again if needed, without hesitation. Easy to place an order, staff is responsive and helpful. Discounts were applied automatically (my only "complaint" was they didn't show the discounts -- heck, I loved hearing that they saved me money! haha) Delivery was fast and easy and exactly as promised -- the guys were friendly and communication was good. I wish the rest of my reno went this well.

I have used 1-800 Drywall a few times on commercial and residential sites. Their website makes getting quotes easy and ordering is very simple whether you do it on line or over the phone. Delivery crews have been courteous and within the delivery times that they say they will be on site. I will use them again.

We ordered a few pallets of Synko Finishing mud the delivery was on time and the driver and swamper were both professional and helpful while unloading and stacking our order.

Found this company by fluke and so very glad! Easy ordering on line and fantastic follow up service. Delivered both times exactly when they said they were coming and very friendly, helpful employees doing delivery. Best part is great prices and super deals!!
