Navida Garage Doors

Tommy did a great job on my garage doors. He made excellent recommendations regarding the door & hardware style that would look best on my house. He is very professional. I am pleased with the work and would recommend his service.

I shopped around for comparable prices on a specific product and name brand. I was looking for a black door specifically. I did my research before I decided on which manufacturer I wanted to go with. Tommy was great to deal with and wasn't trying to sell me more than I needed or wanted. I also respected the fact that he wasn't slandering any other manufacturer's product that I asked him about. He was very knowledgeable on what he was selling and kept in contact with me while my door was on order. He arrrived when he said he would and kept the work area neat and clean. He also answered my phone calls promptly with any questions or concerns I had after the job was completed. Approximately 1 month after my door was installed, I noticed a neighbor had contracted Navida doors for an installation as well. I highly recommend other consumers to consider Navida Garage Doors when looking at quotes for any installation or repair of their doors.

Excellent service you can trust, very responsive, professional and honest. I had called a few people to compare what I was being told and by far Tommy/Navida were the best. Very prompt clean work and I would refer them to anyone without a worry.

I quoted 5 different places and Tom was the BEST price. He doesn't have much overhead so he delivered the same high quality door than all other competitors (I also chose to go for the best and he had it no problem) for lower price.

You might ask though: Shouldn't I trust large companies only due to warranty and support? I usually do too.

But after my contractors messed up with my garage drywall, making my garage door move and stop working, Tom came EVERY TIME I called him, fixed the garage and refused to charge for it. I have to say he ended up coming 3 times since the contractors kept messing up with the drywall around the door.

Tom showed up no more than a few days and sometimes in the same day. He works really hard, knows his business very well and will not leave you hanging. After the garage renovations were done, the door is working perfectly.

I'll recommend him for years to come!!

Fast, Reliable and Honest Service! Tommy was fantastic in every way and I would use him again for my next garage. We got quotes from several vendors and Tommy was the only one who took the time to truly evaluate the job. He identified challenges with the installation and gave us options. He told us what was worth the money and what wasn't. Tommy was right on time for the installation and took great care to explain every detail to us. Its hard to find vendors who take such personal pride but here is one!!

Called Tommy and he came the same day. Replaced my old opener with a new one which is much more quiet than he old. He also came back days later to install the outside key pad for me and provide it for free, on top of that, he added two blocks of wood on both sides to stablize the sensors so they do not ever move. What a guy!

Tommy came and installed the garage door back in May 2013. The garage door was exactly what he described.

He offered 2 options to us (non insulated/ insulated), and explained to us the advantage of each option. At the end, we chose insulated and never regretted (it was also his recommendation).

The only minor thing I would comment on is adjusting the downward/upward force of the garage door. After he left, the garage door wouldn't close after the 2nd time. He came back immediately and adjusted the force.

1 recommendation I would add is to adjust the force with the children in mind. The downward force should be strong enough to close the garage door, but upward force should be light enough to bounce back if a child was under it.

Overall, Tommy was good installer and I would recommend him to my closest friends & family.
