I made an appointment with Lee to come and measure and design my Ikea kitchen. I had some ideas, but the design he came up with not only increased the size of my kitchen usable space, but looks really high end. You do the ordering and arranging for the Ikea delivery, but he creates the list for you to order the goods, so you’re not left wondering what to get. You are also responsible for purchasing things like flooring and tiles, but he installs all. His work is excellent. He is not the contractor that comes in the house, grunts and does the minimum but the guy that does that little extra almost like it’s his own home. Lee and his helper Danny were so incredibly pleasant to have around, always a smile and nice to the kitty Kimchi. Lee arranged for the bins and the electrician that he brought in did a fantastic job. I used the company Rockstella that he recommended for the countertops and they were incredible to deal with also. All was seamless and no stress at all. He is an excellent problem solver as I found out with my old house, that has quirky corners and doors that won’t move. The finish work is fine carpentry. He came in on budget and on time. He is incredibly organized and skilled. I cannot recommend Lee enough.

We have had Lee build us a kitchen pantry before which we loved and we recently had him build us a window bench. Lee was professional as usual, on time and did a great job.

He built the bench similar to what we liked and took care of the little things like making a functional and stylish looking extension to the floor vent that was going to get covered by the bench.

We will not hesitate to use Lee again!

This is my 5th kitchen installed by Lee and his team. I had a very tight timeline and he accommodated me. Lee is a perfectionist and was able to create a beautiful design with functionality.

We already had the design for the kitchen from IKEA, however we are so glad that Lee installed it because he gave us better ideas, we wish he designed it since the beginning

After working with several Kitchen Design companies (non Ikea), the design journey became extremely frustrating as their kitchen designers were ignoring my plans for how I wanted to use my new kitchen.

Taking a break from the custom route, I decided to see how Ikea would interpret my design. I liked the functionality of the product but the design company Ikea sent out to work up a plan were mediocre and I knew I would have to settle on a kitchen design that was routine.

At that point I knew the Ikea product was what I wanted to use, however, I needed to find an independent contractor who could deliver the vision I wanted. In walked Lee. A master of his craft, with more than 10,000 hours of experience and when he asked me the simple question" how do you want to use your kitchen", I was hooked. I had already looked at pictures of his finished product on his website so I knew he was skilled. Every design feature I through at him, he would say to me I can make that happen and he fully delivered on that. From building my toast station, to a full cabinet wall with a drawer for table linens and a space to add a charging station. Pull out drawers that house all my appliances, a wall slot for cutting boards etc. Lights in all drawers, cabinets and a touch sensitive garbage door rounded it out. Working with Lee was easy and within a week he had the bulk of the kitchen installed. A second visit once the kitchen counters were in allowed him to finish the full cabinet wall. An outstanding experience from start to finish!

Lee did a great job in our kitchen installing new cabinets and counter tops. Professional, easy to talk to and was helpful with changes. I would also highly recommend Lee.

I'm very satisfied that the project went so smoothly from beginning to end. I did not have to miss one day from work and run endless errands trying to get materials and supplies. We also got the countertops where Lee recommended and that also save us time and money.

I was referred to Lee after our original contractor up and left us without a kitchen. Lee and Martin were able to jump right in where the last guy left off. Not only assembling and installing our IKEA cabinets, but also finishing the drywall that was only partially completed when they started, then painting and installing trim, installing the hood range, floating shelves, and dishwasher.

After doing a few house renos in the last year, and interacting with different companies, I can confidently say you will not find anyone better for a kitchen reno. Lee did not try to charge more than the original estimate. If there was ever any question about how I wanted something, they asked instead of assuming. They were easy to have around - respectful, friendly, came and left when they said they would, and left the space tidy at the end of the day. They were timely and their quality of work was perfect - paying attention to detail, leaving us with a professional looking finish. We will definitely hire them again for our next kitchen reno.

This is the second time we have hired Lee to renovate a kitchen, and both times he delivered on time and on budget.
This latest project was a complete demo to create our dream kitchen.
From the first appointment, he had good ideas on the design of our kitchen, including recommending to not go open concept and build big pantries for extra storage as well as remove bulkheads, portions of the wall to open it up instead. He also recommended a company to replace and brick over a side door -- and they provided a very good price to do that work.
As part of the project, Lee laid vinyl flooring in the whole main floor, including the dining room and living room, painted and replaced all the baseboards. He and Martin did an excellent job. It is very obvious that they take a lot of pride in their work. Lee and Martin are both hardworking, tidy, kind and very personable. I actually miss having them here to chat with -- absolute pleasure to have around -- they are like family! My kids love them too.
Any additional changes and questions, Lee was very patient, accommodating and flexible.
We wanted our kitchen done before Christmas and he made it happen, sometimes working into the evening or weekend.
