Can't say enough good things about Lee. He completed our kitchen addition quickly and it looks great. He also was able to come in to do the job a month early, too, at a fair price. He also arranged help to install a tile backsplash in our kitchen and complete some electrical work. Everything went smoothly and Lee was a really great guy to deal with. Would definitely call him again and recommend his services to friends and family.

They did an amazing job installing our Ikea kitchen!! Lee was very efficient and everything was completed in the exact time frame he estimated. They were very professional and the end result was perfect!!!!

after spending 3 months doing research for my reno I contacted Lee for a preliminary quote and design. As I have heard before the good ones are busy and it took a couple of weeks to finally meet. I was impressed by his approach and quick design suggestions and a can-do attitude. He gave me a detailed estimate, and a firm schedule and completed the job on time and on budget. Lee also worked well with the condo management so there were no issues and I am very pleased with the job. I recommend him & his team without reservation.

I contacted Lee after reading the reviews on Homestars to complete my kitchen renovation. Lee quickly replied to my email and arranged a free in-home estimate. I had already paid for another company (recommended by Ikea) to measure my kitchen for the cabinets, however this company gave me a much higher quote than I was willing to pay. Lee used the measurements but double checked them himself and recommended alternative designs to best suit my needs. Lee also was cool with me waiting to purchase my cabinets until Ikea had another kitchen sale, further saving me $$.

Lee and his co-worker were quick to finish my kitchen in 1.5 days (he had estimated 2 days) and Lee reused some of my old cabinets, which saved me additional costs. Lee also referred me to a great stone company and I was able to get a discount on my quartz countertops.

Overall, Lee was very easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, efficient and honest! I would highly recommend him and I have been to all my friends planning a reno.

Lee is amazing. He has always come in on time, and on budget. I have personally used him for many of my projects for my own home and referred him to many of my clients as well. I have only received glowing reviews from him and his company. He installed our very large ikea kitchen in a snap, and on budget. He also installed all of our wardrobes in our bedrooms as well. I have been needing to re-do my kitchen for years but was afraid of the cost involved and dealing with contractors. But I called Lee after not liking the company Ikea uses and it's poor rating. He came to my home with his contractor Bruno and it was the best decision ever. They did great work at a reasonable cost and I couldn't be happier. They turned my horror show of a kitchen in to a thing of beauty! Work done: Design of new kitchen, removal of old kitchen, install of new floor, cabinets, plumbing, shelving in pantry, backsplash, lighting, paint and finishing touches. Labour was approximately $5000 plus the cost of the supplies. Very pleased! :)

Lee and his crew renovated our kitchen this summer. The kitchen is AWESOME! Lee never let us down, he finished on time, the estimate was accurate and he and Vince were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Lee.

Lee and the crew are passionate and punctual. Project was completed in a timely manner. Lee offers great design ideas and is accommodating when you disagree. I recommend you listen to his ideas. In my kitchen you'll see symmetrical panels covering the fridge and washer/dryer stack. His idea. A bulkhead was removed and pipe hidden in wall cabinets that now reach the ceiling. His idea. The kitchen is beautiful and more functional- I gained usable storage I didn't know was possible. I chose Lee because he offered the whole labour package which for me was a valuable timesaver and piece of mind. Also, he is very conscious of keeping a clean work area. I felt respected and cared for.

For the third time we had Lee come work on a project at our house, and for the third time we are very, very happy. We HIGHLY recommend L.S. Solutions.
