I can honestly say his work is impeccable. Everything we discussed was carried to excellent measures. Took great detail in having the sanding of the plaster work down to an art. He turned up everyday he said he would and completed the work in very good time and to a high standard.I would recommend him highly 10 out of 10.

Ivan & his team did a wonderful job replacing a portion of our office ceiling that had collapsed due to old water damage. They were tidy, efficient and very pleasant. I would definitely use them again.

Ivan and his team were hired to do drywall repairs and cover holes created by the removal of large old light fixtures and the complete rewiring of my home. In addition, there was an eight foot span of drywall that had sagged and was bowed out. I removed a good portion of the drywall to make the job easier for the crew to complete the job. Ivan inspected the work and determined that it was not going to create an acceptable finished look. At no extra cost, Ivan and his team removed a larger portion of drywall and gave me a fantastic result for my reno. Ivan, and Keith were always punctual and friendly. They went above and beyond what could have reasonably been expected - including a late Saturday evening "emergency" drywall job that was necessitated when old trim was removed and replaced with newer, narrower trim. I would recommend Ivan and his crew without hesitation.

I hired Ivan to parge my home after interviewing five other companies, I found him to be punctual and professional, he did a really good job. I am very pleased with the results.

My partner and I are first time home buyers who had to have knob and tube wiring replaced at our house. We were a little concerned about the holes left in our ceilings and walls so we contacted Trevor to come by and give us a quote. He arrived, looked over the house and reassured us he could handle the work without problem. He started the next evening (after spending the day on another job!) and had the plaster repair completed within two days. Trevor's plastering work was outstanding. After he was done we couldn't even tell there had been holes in the ceilings or walls. He also repaired one of our plaster walls that was in rough shape. Again the work was excellent. Trevor was also easy to communicate with and very friendly. He's a credit to the trade and a man I would highly recommend to anyone looking for plaster repair.

The house that we bought required extensive renovations in order to improve its accessibility for which we hired M&L Plastering Services. First, two bathrooms were combined into one and a traditional tub/shower was turned into a roll-in shower. Next, a hallway was widened and extraneous non-supporting walls and casings were trimmed. Finally, bulkheads were removed above the original kitchen cabinets (admittedly not an accessibility modification, but a good move nonetheless). We completed the demolition ourselves and hired M&L Plastering Services to install and finish the necessary drywall. M&L Plastering Services was prompt and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. Our only complaint is the mess left behind (e.g. half-empty boxes of plastering compound) but we've gotten used to picking up after contractors so overall we're very happy. I would hire Trevor again in a heartbeat. The team was quick and the walls look great. We were also very happy with the customer service and price. I came home to find the floors being mopped (and they did the cutting outside to cut down on dust)! They were very tidy which I was grateful for, having a 7 month old baby and little time to clean. Trevor had to come back the next day to add a second coat of plaster and he was punctual, professional, and quick. I really recommend this company!!
