The company picked up my rug when they said they would.
Called to tell me how the cleaning went and delivered in a timely manner for Christmas. The did a fantastic job on my shag rug.

These are kind and conscientious people. They stay at the job until it is done, even if it means cleaning rugs twice before sending them back. Over the course of a few months, we had them clean just about every rug in our house. They would call if they had questions, and they provided options whenever those questions arose. Superb value, splendid people.

I had several area rugs picked up from my home, cleaned then returned, plus in home carpet cleaning and sanitization.

After watching a TV commercial on Live Your Rug cleaning services we knew that they could help us. Our rug had recently been cleaned by another company and it looked like all they had done was unrolled it vacuumed it and rolled it back up. We called love your rug got a quote and hoped for the best, frankly we weren’t expecting much. They picked it up for free and delivered it for free after a two week period. And when we are in rolled our area rug we were so pleased with the result. Even though it is an older synthetic rug it is the perfect Fit for our living room and it is important that we try and preserve it for as long as possible. We want to thank Kathy and all the other service representatives that we dealt with. The pick up and delivery drivers are polite and professional and if you have the opportunity go to YouTube and look them up and watch the process for how are they clean rugs of all types. I guarantee you will be impressed.
