Mr Build has provided renovation services to my home for several years. Ali installed flooring, drywall repairs and painting. He provided quality workmanship, is very knowledgeable and professional. After the drywall was redone so so carefully the entire ceiling was painted with the same systematic approach with checks and crosschecks. Ali did a suberb job.

Knowledgeable, hard working crew. Job was completed in quoted time, close to budget. Kept the area clean and protected surrounding areas well. Had lots of questions up front which helped us keep the job on task.

I needed a closet removed to make room for a dresser. As well I had a chandelier base in stalled and an electrical outlet changed. Mr. build was on time and on budget. The work performed by all was excellent and done by experienced trades. I would highly recommend them.

I have used MrBuild to do a number of repair jobs to my house and yard, specifically replacing siding on two parts of the house wall that had dry rot, two sections of fence and the kitchen flooring. For each job, Kurt assessed the cost and supplied subcontractors to carry out the work. In each case the work was professionally done when it was scheduled and on time, with the area left clean.

They provided quality craftsmanship and were reliable, honest and easy to deal with. Will hire them for future projects..

Cost of labour only including electrical. This included extra labour costs for heated floor levelling and removal of bulkhead demolition materials.
Does not include bathroom fixtures, tiles, vanity, paint, heated towel bar, fan, flooring, hardware.
Mr Build demolished and rebuilt ensuite bathroom replacing bathtub with shower. Contractor was skilled in plumbing, minor electrical, drywalling, demolition, heated floor & towel bar installation, ceiling scrape, reduction of ceiling bulkhead over shower, floor & tile installation, skilled in craftsman quality finishing. Contractor worked diligently from 9am to 3pm with only a lunch break.

I was very happy with the results of the ceiling renovation and Mr.Buikds professionalism .Would 10/10 recommend them.
