Bill's Mechanical Heating & Cooling

A couple weeks ago my furnace quit on me expectantly and it was recommended that I call Bill from Bill`s Mechanical Heating and Cooling. Bill and his team arrived on sight and within about an hour had my furnace up and running again in no time. I`m really satisfied with the job and I know I can count on Bill anytime!

Bill has come to our rescue on more than 1 occasion. We had so much trouble with our previous furnace and Bill came within an hour each time when he knew we had lost our heat. We decided to purchase a new high efficiency one .... just weeks before the great ice storm. Wow what a difference .. it is so quiet I had to check it was actually running! Bill is very reliable, polite and efficient. We also had him hook up our gas stove ... beautiful job! I would and have recommended Bill to everyone.

We first met Bill when the furnace fan in our old house went down in the middle of Februrary. Knowing that we (and our 2 cats) could not last long without heat, Bill went out at 6am on a Saturday in a severe snowstorm to source the parts and was at our place by 9am. Only later did we find out that it was his wife's birthday!

His persistence, creativity to solve the problem, and follow-up to make sure everything was working after the weekend was fantastic.

Fast-forward to spring of this year in our new home and Bill was called back to do the furnace/air conditioner check and maintenance. When he got here, I surprised him with a few other requests which he kindly took care of.

As a relatively hands-off homeowner, I really appreciated that Bill was able to explain things to me in simple terms such that I am no longer afraid of the mechanicals that run my home.
