Vcs Aluminum

I had an ice build-up in my gutters and a couple weeks ago during a thaw, the weight of the eaves was too much for my roof to support. The soffit, facia, trough and downspout tore from the side of my house. I looked through this website and decided to get a quote from VCS. Vitaly arrived on time and gave me an inspection and quote. VCS' quote was much better so I decided to go with VCS. Once on site Vitaly and his crew were quick and clean. All the work was done in a day and they even took away the damaged and broken parts. I have plans to update the remaining eavestrough in the summer. I will definitely be calling on VCS at that time.

I would HIGHLY recommend Vitaliy!! He was wonderful! Even though it was freezing and wind was strong and bitterly cold he replaced my damaged siding quickly and did a beautiful, professional job. He responded to my call right away and the job was done immediately. Such a nice person...highly recommend!

I had 3 companies come quote for the job, and Vitaliy and his Crew were affordable and Quick. The job was done properly, they left no mess and were always available to answer my questions.

Our eavestrough came off in a recent windstorm and Vitaliy was the first to respond, gave the best overall price (by far the best price for the leafguard) and had the earliest date to actually do the work. Most that I called said they didn't work during the winter or downtown. He was also great about communicating times for work and completion and confirmed a couple of days before he started.
I plan to get a quote from him later this year when we replace our siding (I always get multiple quotes!) and he offered to come back once the siding was done to reroute the downspout.

The eavestrough on one side of our house fell off after a winter storm this year. After having two companies turn us down for being outside of their work zone, I contacted Vitaly at VCS Aluminum.
He came over to inspect the damage the same day and was able to schedule us in. As soon as he was available, Vitaly got the work done quickly and was a consummate professional the whole time. I plan on calling him again this spring to replace the rest of our eavestroughs.

The strong winds we experienced a few weeks ago ended up dislodging a single panel of our aluminum siding on one side of the house. We decided to contact VCS Aluminum after reading all the positive reviews on homestars. We called Vitaliy Sunday afternoon and emailed him a picture of the damage. He believed he could repair the siding and did not think we would need new parts and scheduled to come out the next day to take look at it. He repaired it on the spot and even went around to the other side of the house securing the other panel in case it too would also come loose, as well as a downspout we had that was loose and pulling away from the house. He fixed our problems the very next day, showed up on time and worked during one of the coldest days we've had this winter. He was very friendly, honest and we would not hesitate to use his services again.

Vitaliy was the first guy I called and I'm glad I did. I had a relatively small siding job last summer and found his business on Homestars. Good reviews, seemed like a hands-on owner operated business, gave him a shout. Vitaliy was quick to return my call and came by the same day to offer a quote. We talked about the job for a while - Vitaliy was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions and gave me a very reasonable quote. I needed one downspout, which was blown down by the wind, to be re-attached to a 3-storey house. I knew it was a small job (only one downspout), but it did not matter with Vitaliy. He is friendly, helpful and respectful. When he came to check it out, he would make useful suggestions, but will also respect whatever the the wishes of the customer are. One appreciates the quality of work and the pricing was very fair. I would easily recommend him for large or small jobs.

Vitaly completed a large job for me and my clients which involved removing all of the existing siding and aluminum on the house and replacing it with cedar shakes and replacing all of the aluminum capping, eavestroughs, soffit and fascia. Vitaly showed up when he said he was going to, remained on budget and performed the work beautifully. The homeowners were thrilled with his skill level and professionalism. That makes my job as a designer/project manager much easier. Excellent work!

We had a water problem and needed eaves replaced. After getting a few quotes we decided to have Vitaly do the job, his quote was not the lowest but he explained the process better than any of the other companies. He did the job quickly and efficiently in a very professional manner. He explained how and why the replacement was necessary. The eaves look great and he cleaned up the site following the job.
