We were very pleased with the work and with how the team lead by Alex kept our home clean and tidy at all times. The team was prompt at arriving when they said they would and very polite and willing to answer any question we had. Very pleased with the service we received.

Excellent work. We felt that Stefan was extremely knowledgeable about the problems that led to water in our basement and provided us with sound advice. His crew worked very hard, especially in removing 3 concrete window wells. Everyone was very pleasant and professional in caring out the work.

I am really pleased with the quick response from Rooter-Man in sending us Jay , their plumber to investigate the leak coming from my bathroom to my living room ceiling, Jay was efficient in finding the cause , and gave us his recommendations in order to have it repaired as we had coverage and were not sure if the company was going to cover , after further investigation it was in fact covered .

Rooter man is a very professional company from start to finish the secretary was very helpful explaining what they do. We needed some plumbing done .
When they showed up at my place they had slip covers for their shoes they laid blankets down under their equipment they were done in a timely fashion.

Highly NOT recommend, the guy came didn't fix the job was trying trap us for a bigger job. Left the job unfinised and charged the full amount. So unprofessional. I would never recommend these people.

I was referred to Rooterman GTA because of some good experiences from neighbours with their service. I needed a drain inspection for a renovation and required it to be video recorded. They showed up looking very professional, CLEAN, and with updated equipment which instilled confidence even before the job was started!
