Chris was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning to end of the job! The cost of the new door and opener was very competitive, the quality of the work done was first rate, and the job was done in a couple of hours. Chris is a great gentleman to deal with!

Chris and his assistant came and adjusted my garage door which would not close properly. They were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They are up front regarding price and don't try to upsell you on unnecessary parts and labor.

Chris arrived at the time he said he would, he called me 15 minutes before he arrived to confirm. He fitted the new springs and adjusted the garage door opener, completing the job in around 20 minutes. He was very efficient, courteous and very helpful with some issues I have with the door openers. I would recommend Chris to anyone with a garage door problem.

We have used Easy Access Garage Doors a few times, first when we went through Home Depot for the installation of our Garage Door Openers and a second time directly through them for a wire issue we had. My garage door was bent out of shape…literally. I was fortunate enough to have Chris from Easy Access Garage doors come over to repair the damage. Not only is Chris very knowledgeable about garage doors but he was able to understand the problem via a phone call and some pictures. He brought the correct part with him, repaired the damage and took the time to educate me on maintaining my garage door to increase it’s life. The spring on my garage door broke of course on a Sunday! I had used Easy Access in the past to install a automatic garage door opener and I held on to their number as I was impressed with Chris' service. I was not expecting a call back on a Sunday but within half hour Chris return my call and came out within an hour. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did not overcharge for a weekend call! I also want to mention that I called him on my parents behalf when they had tension cable problems with their garage door and they liked Chris so much they called him when they needed to replace their door.
