My wife and I hired Delta to redo our fronts steps, patio and to expand or garden. It also included removing the prior awning and shed. The final product was beautiful it really brought up the property. The team works hard and are diligent even under heat waves! When questions or issues came up Avi was quick to respond.

Delta replaced the 13-year old interlocking stone in our front walkway and back patio with new interlocking stone. Their work was excellent. The new stone included 3 differently dimensioned sizes and we were concerned with the appearance of the resulting pattern particularly on the smaller front walkway. We needn't have worried; the layout of the stones on both areas was very well done and we're very pleased with the final appearance. The work was completed in a timely manner. The workers answered any questions we had and addressed any issues we raised about the work. They were very polite and moved all the heavy patio furniture for us. We would use Delta again and recommend them highly.

I called Avi from Delta Classic Homes Inc. to lay a new patio, new interlock driveway and an application of jewel stone along the foundation of my home. And... I am so pleased with the end result. Following a massive water intrusion in April 2017, wallboard removal and the waterproofing outside in October, we waited until this spring to start the inside. The internal basement repairs were completed on time and under budget. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of workmanship completed by John. It was a pleasure and a privilege to work with him. His work was excellent and without reservation I recommend him and his firm. They will be returning to remodel another room in our house.

The delta company did a great job again. John was so polite and ontime. Always smiling and ready to help. I do work with them every year and always happy.

Would have given a 10 rating but there were some finishing details that needed correcting, which, by and far, were done. Just wish we didn't have to go through that.

Job was done quickly and on time. The work was clean and well done. The facelift on the porch has received several compliments already and thee basement is dry. This is my third job with Delta and we continue to be pleased with the work.

everything turned out better then i though, the staff was very friendly and helpful. i live in a building where i say Delta do the pool deck. i hired them to do my patio and was very pleased. It was done quickly and efficiently and was cleaned when done. i would use them again in the future.
