I just finished a thorugh 3 1/2 hour home inspection with Tom. It was truly a pleasure. You can ask him absolutely anything and he gives straight and knowledgeable answers. I had my contractor friend with me during the house inspection and he too was super impressed with Tom. Tom was referred to us by a friend how also utilized Tom's home inspection services. We were very pleased with his work. We needed to complete our Tarion 30 warranty form. Tom went through the house in great detail and found numerous items that the builder must address immediately. We are glad to have requested the infrared scan because the scans showed huge voids in insulation that could have added hundreds of dollars to our heating bills.
