Clearview Home & Property Inspections

We had Tom for our house inspection and we were very satisfied with his professional attitude and knowledge. He took the time to explain the issues thoroughly, and also followed up after the inspection, which we appreciated a lot. The infrared camera he uses found some things (heating insulation issues) which are important and can be fixed easiy, but not so much detected without the IR camera. Major leaks can also be detected, and it's nice to feel that at least we had this test done once.

Tom did a great job for my new home inspection in Brampton. He was so dedicated, professional and reliable. He spent over 3 hours thoroughly inspecting my home. He pointed out few defects and those fortunately could be fixed. He provided detailed report which let us know our new home thoroughly. We opted for the Traditional and Extended Home Inspection which entailed a thorough visual inspection as well as infrared thermal imaging. This was all nicely put together in an easy to read, detailed report filled with pictures and explanations of his findings. There was LOTS of helpful information included in the report that seemed to go above and beyond his inspection.

This guy is so detailed in his report and very punctual. Because of him I was able to negotiate the price of the property at a lower cost. I also learned so many things that day regarding issues in an older home. I would definitely recommend this guy.
