Contacted Keith to come look at the work to be done and to provide us with a quote, both were done in a timely manner and the quote was very fair and affordable. Work started on time and was completed on schedule. The quality of work performed was top notch and Keith and his guys made sure to clean up after themselves when they were all done. No complaints and will definitely recommend.

I am SO pleased with the service and final product I received from Keith. His price came in exactly right, he got the job done quickly (and when he said he would!) and just as importantly, he is pleasant and easy to deal with.

Keith did an excellent job of constructing our fence, it looks great. We wanted the fence to match our neighbours fence and Keith managed to match it exactly. Keith and his co-workers were very professional, friendly and answered all our questions. Keith made suggestions for improvements when needed. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend Keith without hesitation.

Keith inspired confidence right from the initial consultation. He listened to my needs and requirements and made recommendations and helpful suggestions based on my needs. Neither of the other 2 companies I contacted for quotes did anything like that. I was truly impressed. In addition, he was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the pros and cons and limitations of different fence materials, heights and designs of fences and gates. Both he and his assistant were polite, highly professional, meticulous, responsive, and paid great attention to detail throughout the work performed. Keith’s sense of humour lightened what was for me a stressful situation (installing a fence when I didn’t really want one as the backyard had been open with beautiful views for 50+ years). If there was an 11 on HomeStars rating scale I would have selected it.

We hired Keith fencing. He was more expensive than the other quote that we had received but we decided to go with him as one of our neighbours knew him personally. We have now had problem with the fence for a year. We have not been able to close one of the gates and the panels keep falling off. After repeat phone calls, he did decide to finally come but says that it is going to cost 450 + tax to correct the posts and 125 + tax per hour for the lattices and panels coming off ! This for correcting the work that was not done right in the first place. He has no work ethics. I would not recommend him. I am thinking of filing a complaint with Better business bureau.

I originally found Keith Fencing on Homestars and a former neighbor recommended this company as well. Based on these recommendations, and also my initial meeting with Keith, I decided to forego obtaining other estimates. I gave him an idea of what I basically wanted, and he quickly offered me and explained a few options that were available. He also graciously addressed any questions or concerns I had about various aspects of the project. He gave me an approximate starting date and contacted me a few days before said date to confirm his arrival. In the end, the project was completed within a very reasonable time frame (it takes a few days for posts to set in concrete and, understandably, there were postponements caused by days of pouring rain), the final product by Keith and his crew looks great, the wear and tear on the property was kept to a bare minimum and a complete cleanup was performed. From start to finish, Keith was approachable and cordial, and he and his crew were efficient and professional. Keith loves what he does, and it shows in his work.

Obtained four quotes on which Keith fencing was not only the lowest but also the best presented. Arrived on time and finished the fence with no muss, no fuss. Keith and staff were personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommended.

What a frustrating company to deal with! Keith was very friendly and helpful initially and we signed a contract for his company to install a latticed cedar fence with arch gate. His workmen came as agreed last June, did a good job of installing the fence and gate but didn't install the arch. We made monthly calls to try to get the job completed - calls which the company didn't answer between November and April. When he did get in touch in April, Keith refused to agree that the arch was part of the contract and wanted to charge extra for its installation. How could any reasonable person argue that 'arch gate' in a contract could mean anything other than 'arch gate'? To get the job done, we perhaps foolishly agreed to pay for the cost of materials and Keith installed the arch a few weeks ago. He sent the invoice for materials the next week, then a week later he sent a reminder saying he would start charging interest, then the following week, an email that he would refer the invoice to a collection agency! After stalling us for a year! I paid the invoice within 30 days despite these annoying emails. So my advice would be to be very clear on every detail of the work expected with this company and keep every piece of paper. Although, for us, even that didn't help much.
