Cabin To Castle

We engaged the services of Cabin to Castle to inspect two properties in 2012. They found so much wrong with the first that we saved a small fortune by withdrawing our offer. They provided a thorough and helpful analysis of the second property, which we bought. We would never buy a house without such help.

One of the men who came to inspect our home was VERY negative and his opinion was anything that needed a little fixing needed to be ripped out and redone. The didn't inspect the specific things we asked about when we called to book the appointment. They gave no definitive answers other than "you'll have to hire a professional"...... We thought that's why we hired Cabin to Castle. We complained to Cabin to Castle and they did nothing to make us more satisfied with the experience and therefore I would never recommend this company.

Was referred to us by our realtor so we went with them. Two inspectors came and did a complete inspection and talked my husband and I through everything. Gave a booklet with notes and great verbal information.

I was very pleasantly surprised at their ability to accomodate my appointment for my convience.
When I arrived at the home for the inspection they were already there and had the outside inspection completed.
Since there were 2 men doing it, it was very fast and very thorough. When they were done, they each took their turns and walked me through their reports, showing me things I would need to do each year for upkeep.
They were both very friendly and very knowledgable and answered all my questions.
I would definately recommend them to everyone I know.
