The salesman was great, very believable. Then we waited 5 months and called them weekly trying to get our door installed. They had every excuse under the sun. We forgot your order, we can't will try to rush it for you. They even refused to install it on the weekends or after work hours. We had to wait until winter before they finally got around to the installation. I have never been more frustrated with a company than this one. What ever you do try anyone but them.

I can't say enough about Oakville Windows & Doors. They are that rare company that calls back when they say they will, shows up when they say they will and follows up to ensure that everything is perfect. Andre is such a gentleman and provides such excellent customer service and is an absolute joy to deal with. The quality of the windows and the price point is excellent. PJ, the installer, did a brilliant job and there was no mess left behind. Our shutters went back on perfectly, in some instances, they fit better than before the windows were replaced. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Andre and his team did an excellent job replacing our 9 foot patio door and sidelights. From the selection of the perfect door through completion of the installation the process went smoothly and professionally. I came across Oakville Windows and Doors through a referral. Andre is one of the most friendly and knowledgeable tradesman/salesman I have dealt with. He was able to answer every question I could think of.

His installers also offer the same level of service. They cover all floors and furniture that are at risk of getting damaged or dirty. They clean and vacuumed up the job site as best as they could have before leaving. The crew also installed my windows and door on two of the coldest days of this winter and did not have any issue with it.

I am in need of a new entry door soon and would not hesitate to give Oakville Windows and Doors this job.

They were very helpful with quotes and worked around our schedule, Andre was very helpful in telling us what is the best option for our houe as well he was the only company who told us that itvdid nit make sense to change my basement windows where as other companies said I have to, that showed me thst they care about their customers not just the money! We were recently in the market for new front doors, patio doors and a fixed window. We attended the local home show and set up several appointments, including one with Oakville Windows & Doors. We were immediately impressed at the home show by Andre, his products & his approach. When Andre came to our house to give us a quote, the process was very efficient & friendly - even the dogs liked him! We chose Oakville Window & Door based on their competitive quote, their top quality products, and also on the strength of Andre's personality. Our patio door looks fantastic, a minor mix-up regarding the hardware was corrected quickly & efficiently. Our new entrance door with matching sidelights and matching second story window are stunning - we have had many compliments on them. The install team was great, Jessica in the office is great, as is Andre - a top-notch team all around. We would not hesitate to recommend Andre & his team for any window or door installation.

We chose Oakville Windows and Doors mainly due to Andre's honesty and integrity. He doesn't want to just sell his product. He is more interested in your comfort in your home. During our quote, and without even knowing if he would get our job, he recommended that we should get our attic insulation done even at the expense of losing our business. He is very knowledgeable and we learned quite a bit about how a home works. Andre aligns himself with other very professional contractors, who like himself, pride themselves on doing what is right for the consumer and not necessarily for their pocketbook. We did contact his recommendation for Affordable Insulation and also did do the insulation installation with them. Dealing with Jessica in the office was great. She assisted us with colour and door handle selection. Based on this, we went ahead with Andre and had all windows, front and patio doors replaced. The installation Team - PJ, Thomas and Ziggy were all very professional, polite and efficient. Our neighbours commented on the professional job they did and many compliments on our new windows and doors. They capped every window and also our garage. They also made a very nice and usable stool (ledge) for the kitchen window. They made our home almost maintenance free. They also completed the job ahead of schedule, completing everything in one day. Despite the early completion, no corners were cut. They just work very efficiently. Andre's window suggestions were great replacements. Our installation was in mid-late spring and after evaluating for some time, we have found that our home is far more comfortable with very little temperature variation from our main floor to upstairs whereas prior there was at least a 3-5 degree difference. The furnace doesn't kick in as much and I was also able to increase the temp for the a/c setting as we don't need to compensate for the temperature difference anymore. If you're looking for windows and/or doors, you will be very pleased with Oakville Windows and Doors.

We recently replaced all the windows in our new home. We got three quotes on the job and we were immediately impressed with Andre. He was very professional, thorough and provided handy tips and referrals. His pricing was in line with the other quotes as well. His installation crew led by PJ were professional and efficient. Andre told us that the job would take 3 days and he was spot on with his timing. The finished product is fantastic! The new windows look great, in fact, a real estate agent friend of ours said that it was one of the best installations he has seen. Loved the little extra's that Andre threw in such as capping our garage door frame in aluminum and providing a professional cleaning crew at his cost after the job was complete. If you are looking for windows, Andre is your guy!
