After getting poor references on other installers, we gave Elliot a call.
We met, and he gave us valuable feedback on our design, and quoted quickly.
The install was done professionally with a very experienced crew. Even when we changed the design during construction it was not a problem; "whatever makes us happy!"
The pool and Eramosa square cut flag looks amazing and we can't wait for spring to enjoy the backyard, (install was completed in November as we started late in the year.)

On short notice we decided to install an in ground pool in our back yard, hoping it would be ready for the spring. We met with a number of companies and were immediately impressed with Elliot of York region Hottub and Leisure. He was professional, thorough and provided us with a quote and information such as a 3D image of what the pool would look like. He price was very competitive and his schedule met our needs. They started the work on the date he stated and the workers were very professional and neat. Never was a mess left behind. Work was done on schedule and as with all things we decided on certain changes during construction. Elliot immediately addressed these changes, gave his opinion on them and provided a price for the work. What impressed us was that Elliot just did not go ahead and say ok to what we wanted to do but provided us with how theses changes might impact the look of the pool. In fact he saved us some money. In short, pool was completed on time, on price and in a professional manner. We would have no hesitation whatsoever, recommending Elliot and York Region HotTub and Leisure if you want a beautiful and well constructed pool and or spa in your back yard.

I have known Elliot Warner for over 10 yrs when he installed a hot tub for me.
The level of service, the work performed, exceeded the highest standards. His staff are true professionals, cordial and very courteous.

HOTTUB was enlisted to install a pool in our back yard. The process was explained very well and a budget was established. With the exception of extras (which were at our request) the project came in on budget which was very important to us. The contractor was of special help in referring competent electrical and gas contractors putting pressure on them to bring the cost in line. The pool is great and the workmanship is excellent.

All in all we are very pleased.

His experienced guidance helped us make the right decisions to design and plan our space, and it ended up EXACTLY the way we expected and were shown, and better in most respects. York Region Hot Tub and Leisure was contracted to install a pool and landscape the immediate area. Other than weather problems the pool was up and running in the time promised. The workmanship is superb. Elliot was a great help in the design and his knowledge helped us make the correct decisions. Their after installation service is excellent and they are always available to answer questions and help out when necessary. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to install a pool!

Right from the get go these guys are and continue to be fantastic people to deal with. We had numerous quotes, and when comparing apples to apples, these guys are the best by a long shot. Elliot and his team installed a Hot Tub a few years ago and due to our satisfaction we had them install an inground pool last summer. Elliot and his entire team are very professional, courteous and complete tasks as they say they will. We were very pleased with the entire process from digging to at last swimming.
