Received a reasonable estimate from Fabien Cauley. I was offered the option of not replacing the downspouts as they were still in good shape. Work was scheduled for the following week and was performed according to the agreed date. Alex and Dylan were very professional and patient as the removal of the old ones was a very difficult job. They worked late to finish the job the same day. I would highly recommend Bronson Johnson for any eavestroughs job.

The team worked quickly and efficiently to install some much-needed additional eavestroughs and gutter guard on our 30 year old house. Both have worked well in the downpours of the past week and the final product blends well. We were particularly impressed when they cleaned not only the small inaccessible eavestrough that we had requested but also all of the grimy eavestroughs that contained the new gutter guard - and then performed a few quick repairs to existing eavestroughs! Excellent service! Unfortunately the windows had just been washed and the spray cleaning product left drips on the nearby windows that we finally cleaned with ceramic oven cleaner after other cleansers failed. The drips were somewhat translucent but were most evident in certain light conditions. While this taints an otherwise 'above-and-beyond' effort, I would not hesitate to have this company back for any future work and highly recommend their services to others.

I received a response from my "request a quote" super fast. The administration that emailed me was friendly and very helpful. Fabien came out to give me a quote and explained all my options and took the time to explain everything. His quote was very affordable and I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the product. Today was our installation day, and Fabien and Alain (?) arrived when stated and worked straight for a couple of hours. They definitely take pride in their work and ensuring everything looks professional. They explained everything they completed after they were done, and we're very friendly and wished me a good day. The high level of professionalism was consistent throughout the project, from the beginning when they gave an excellent quote to the end as they were extremely efficient and left the premises in pristine condition at the end of each day (our house was a big project!).
