I highly recommend Elie and his team at The Plumbing Experts. We had sought help for hooking up a gas line and they not only created a new hookup they also closed off and created safe, a previous job done wrong. Elie and Ryan were a great team and came promptly and worked to help us in our needs for our renovation. I feel beyond content and confident in the work they do and have felt a literal weight lifted after they serviced our home. I plan to use The Plumbing Experts for any other needs we may have in our current and future homes because I trust in the work they do.

After being stressed all Elie and his team, Thor & Spencer came the same day spent more than 6 hours and were determined to get a blockage fixed for me. Finally at 8pm they got it all fixed for me. Always kept me updated, explained reasoning for costs, cleaned up well. Elie even saw that I was a new father and even gave me a discount. Great team friendly, courteous & professional! Highliy recommend!

Natural gas pipe into house was corroded & needed to be replaced or gas would be cut off. The Plumbing Expert were able to attend to the task very quickly & did an expert job in a very short time, & dealt with the gas supplier.

I was happy to have chosen The Plumbing Expert to complete 2 projects in my townhouse and one was a priority with a leaking bath tub spout/diverter. Iva in the office was great to deal with and called almost immediately to schedule an appointment in a couple hours time, which was amazing!

Repairman arrived with no mask, mansplained to me for 20 minutes, quoted me $450.00 and was gone in 10 minutes also adding an $80.00 service fee on top of the $450.00. Company refused to compensate for the blatant overcharge by their repairman. I have advised all family and friends who I had previously recommended them, to never use them again.

Called on a Friday at noon, they did job same day. Service was great no issues. I would recommend to others.

We were looking to get a rough-in bathroom and bar in our basement. The Plumbing Expert was recommended to us by a family member, so I gave Elie a call. I spoke to Elie on August 7th and on August 9th he was at our house to give us a quote. We agreed to proceed with The Plumbing Expert and scheduled the work to begin the following week. We received email reminders of the scheduled appointments with names and photos of who to expect at our house. The workers were great and answered all of our questions. Elie even followed up with us after the work was completed to see how the basement was coming along.
