We met Taylor and Ofer at the home show in February. I was impressed by the amount of time spent with us answering questions and genuinely listening to what we were asking and hoping for. They took our contact information and followed through with a call.

Taylor came by in April to access our back yard and it was his honesty to what could be done with our many trees and roots that I admired. He did not over promise and met our expectations fully in the design he created.

I have nothing but admiration for the team that came to do the work last week. They were all courteous, extremely hard working and fun to work with. Ron the foreman was great to the guys and worked so hard to get everything done in the week we had.

Everyday Ofer the company's owner was here on site checking the progress and answering our many questions, hand holding us through the process where needed! He was always accessible
and could tell that the guys all really worked well with him.

The transformation of back and front yards are spectacular and many neighbours have been round to let us know how much they like it. We could not be happier with our front and back garden! The Land-con company have been truly amazing to work
with and we would highly recommend them. We definitely will be using them again!

A huge thank you to the Land-Con team for transforming our garden! We approached them early April 2015 and Taylor was fast to come and assess our needs. He provided great ideas but always bearing in mind what would also work for us on our daily routine and needs. He helped us throughout design phase and as we booked the start date he also kept us up to date at all times on any delays (mainly due to heavy rain that week). Work commenced at full tilt beginning of June 2015 and Jeremy managed the project onsite. We were very happy with his approach even during some small hiccups throughout the process. Jeremy was also very accommodating with changes as required. Onsite daily we had Ron their Foreman and his crew and they were fantastic! Probably the best contractors we ever had onsite. Ron specifically took extra care on every detail to ensure smooth process for us and our neighbors. They worked hard to meet all timelines and the result is absolutely amazing! They were clean and organized and always ensured that even during construction the place was relatively organized. We are very happy with the work Land-Con provided and specifically their level of professionalism and quality of work. We have every neighbor commenting on the fantastic results and what a transformation we had during two weeks that they were onsite. Land-Con is certainly a company we recommend to any friends and family!

Excellent service and quality work - this team are very skilled craftsmen. This is the nicest and most talented team I have had the privilege to work with on any home repair. They had the skill to think through and solve any unforeseen problems.
From the beginning - we sourced this company from the National Home Show. This is the company hired to provide interlocking for the Dream House. Our salesman was Jake - fabulous, talented and fast. He discussed options, was very knowledgeable and patient while we finalized the interlock brick. Jake is a landscape designer and has great vision for a project. The talented craftsmen were Conrad and Phil - what a team! There were some problems that came up that required various skills outside of interlocking. Conrad and Phil had the expertise to resolve every problem the right way - there was no skimping on the materials or time. The biggest issue took an extra 1.5 days to resolve and that is when I met Jeremy - the crew boss who oversees many jobs...and we did have to re-evaluate the job for this extra time. The extra work was provided at a very reasonable rate. The end result is a fabulous, well built interlocking driveway. And Nice! The whole team are professional and very friendly. They obviously enjoy their work.
Final note: by hiring this company, there was so much support around the job. After very heavy rain, a sump pump was immediately delivered onsite to dry out a large hole, cement arrived on-time to re-build a wall, extra crew came in when required etc. etc. Jeremy keeps a very close eye on every project to ensure the high standard of quality. And, at least one neighbour has asked for a quote – so hopefully my team will be back.

Are there any good contractors left?

I have dealt with contractors and service people for 54 years and I know how difficult it is to get service, quality and professionalism done in a decent timeline for a price that is in my budget.

This time, was no different. For the first time, I was looking for a landscaper who could do a great job on the front yard of my small property. I wanted to upscale my curb appeal.

I called 5 companies who never returned my calls, One company referred to me took two and a half weeks to call me. Two appointments where made but where no shows, with no sorry calls or apologizes. I continued to work on the yard thinking I may have to do this myself. I wanted stone walls with armour or quarry stone and unilock brick. Time was marching on, and I was getting increasingly aggravated.

I remembered the nieghbour across the street had their yard done about 2 years ago. I liked the quality of the work. I got the number, and Taylor was at my door 2 days later, on time, even after a 2 hour drive from Concord, through rush hour for our appointment.

After conversation and mutual suggestions he gave me a verbal estimated that fit my budget and a week later was confirmed by email. I signed the contract paid my deposit and I was on my way.

Landscaping, is totally, dependent on the weather and projects generally are done sequentially, with some alteration for small projects. So, patience is necessary especially when you have found the right team. Approximately, one month later, after more rain, a crew of 4 arrived at my door and in one day did this amazing job on my front yard. The workmanship was spot on, with an eye for detail and a noticeable pride in their work. The company owner Ofer was present, on-site for a time and the entire crew lead by foreman Dwight, worked steadily with an air of enthusiastic playfulness joking with each other all the while and were professional all the way through to clean-up.

Everyone, family and nieghbours are thrilled with the results and some have taken down the number for future projects.

This was my experience with Land-Con and mine alone. I recommend this company from this experience. With perseverance and some luck I managed to steer myself to this company and thankfully their professionalism saved my summer.

The Landcon team were dependable, provided excellent workmanship, were thorough, proved to be responsible, and their designs were creative and modern, working through difficult weather and dealing with many residents.

Land con worked with us to create a design that met our needs and budget. They created several landscaping plans prior to us signing a contract. The work was done in 4 days and they worked with me to iron out minor details during construction. My neighbors commented on the work and were impressed by the quality of the work and how fast it was completed. Will gladly use them again if I need to complete additional landscaping work.

I found out about Land-Con through HomeStars, and upon reading many great reviews I decided to go with this company to do work on my front yard. I had hard- and soft-scaping project to do on my front yard, and I am extremely happy with the final outcome. From start to finish I felt that my best interests were kept at top of mind. Taylor, the designer, worked closely with me to create a final look that I was happy with. During the construction process all the guys did a great job, and completed the work with a high level of quality. They also consistently maintained a clean and safe work area.
I want to thank personally Ofer, Jeremy and all Land-Con guys for the great job - the one I can see and enjoy every day since.
My overall experience with the company was a great one, and I highly recommend Land-Con to everybody.

We hired Land-Con to rebuild the stairs in front of the house,remove shrubs and fill in the space with interlocking brick.They were timely, pleasant and cleaned up after The new brick matches the existing ones beautifully.It was a pleasure working with these guys and I would reccomend them and definitely use them again.
