I recently hired Addison to check for bed bugs in my apartment after I got bitten in several places on my body while I was sleeping at night.
After doing some research on the Internet, I called Addison The Bed Bug Experts and spoke to "Avery". He agreed to do an inspection at 1 p.m. the next day.
Avery's service was outstanding from start to finish.
He called me about 12:30 p.m. to let me know he was on his way. He arrived almost exactly at 1 p.m.
He immediately began inspecting my place -- thoroughly checking the beds in both of my bedrooms plus the couch. He also checked furniture and other items near the beds and couch. He took both of my beds apart -- removing the mattresses and slats to get a closer look at the frame and the crevices where the bugs (if they existed) could hide.
While Avery did this, I asked him a zillion bed bug questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering every one of my question with expertise.
Thankfully, Avery's inspection didn't turn up a single bed bug in my place. However, Avery told me I would still need to monitor the situation to see if I received any more bites over the next month. He offered some possible explanations for my bites although I may never know for sure what caused them.
I found Avery to be very honest and he was very respectful. He was also very neat and tidy in doing his inspection. He carefully folded all of the bed linens and coverings into one neat mound when he took my beds apart so that the bed coverings could be easily placed back onto the beds when he was done.
I was relieved the inspection didn't turn up any bugs. I will most certainly call back Avery if I get any more bites.
I highly recommend this company. The service Avery provided was prompt, reliable, reasonably priced, extremely well informed and extremely thorough. Although I hated to shell out $100, I think it was money well spent. I've posted a similar review to this one on yelp.
