John helped us design our own front door window inserts. When he came back ten days later with our windows we were very impressed with them.. The installation was quick and efficient. John is a is highly skilled and we would highly recommend him and his company.

Installed wrought iron glass doors for our new house, so far it's good and happy with the service. Price is a little bit more than others, but it's lifetime thermal seal warranty!

There is a huge difference between a guy selling door inserts for $900.00 and Pinnacle selling for $1800.00. That difference is "QUALITY". Basically, you get what you pay for.

John Ball came over and installed our front door inserts "THE MILANO" for us of our brand new house. They were full inserts. We are extremely happy with our choice and the workmanship provided by John. John knows a lot about the product. Extremely clean work and would highly recommend anyone looking to change their front doors to go with PINNACLE. Well worth every penny. Many of my neighbours, friends and even the builders customer care staff have complimented us on our front doors. It definitely is unique!!!! Absolutely amazing service! We needed our door insert replaced urgently due to damage and John was kind enough to come and replace with a temp the same day! The new insert was ready within a week as well! I would highly recommend!
