From the first moment that I called Maple Rose I could tell that I was going to have a good experience .
I rang many moving companies , but this was the only one that seemed to be able to fully understand my needs
The lady who dealt with me from the start was very impressive . She continued to assist the whole way through the process .
They packed my home and moved me to storage for a month while my renovations were ongoing !!
Everything was so well protected and no damage at all . Infact all the guys on the crew seemed to really care about my stuff
I have moved many times in the past .
THIS WAS MY ONLY GOOD EXPERIENCE
Don't bother calling anyone else but these guys .

I booked Maple Rose Movers as a recommendation from my Real Estate agent. She highly recommended them, and used them many times for her customers and for staging purposes and I can see why! Darrin was a pleasure to work with. He is very laid back and very funny, but very professional at the same time. He definitely made the move easier and helped reduced the stress.

Moved from a small 1+1 condo to a 2 bedroom house. Took 4.5 hours to move everything and were pretty much on time! (was estimated around 4 hours so pretty good).

They definitely made the hassle of moving very easy and would recommend, and use again in the future!

At first the logistics manager was delightful and reassuring on the phone. The team showed up to move our home on time and were lovely. However an hour into the move 1 of our 2 movers was sent home as he had a broken foot, (he showed up to the move with said broken foot). The move then took double the amount of time as we were left with only 1 mover for several hours.
The next week we noticed that our metal/glass dining table was considerably scratched. I contacted the logistics manager and she stated, "no worries, send photos, we will make it right". Since that last email, she has not replied to any of my emails or phone calls. She has completed ignored my requests on how we will, "make it right", for her team severely damaging our furniture. The damage came when the exhausted mover did not cover the table and instead placed it in the truck where it was damaged.
For their complete lack of respect and unprofessional behaviour I would NEVER recommend this company.
