Imran is incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He's friendly, well organized, clean and he goes above and beyond to complete the job. Our 16 year-old fireplace was in desperate need of cleaning and tuning-up and Imran made it look like new again! I have recommended him to all of my neighbors. We have two gas fireplaces that were installed previously by another company. Their service was appalling and we felt forced to look elsewhere for maintenance. We are so glad that we found Imran. His competence and courteousness were a relief to us. When you make a large investment in something like gas fireplaces, you need service that gives you confidence that the investment is being protected. Not all of these companies are equal. We have a 4 year old fireplace and that’s only been turned 3 times through out this time. We’ve had several people come in to try to fix the problem but never came to the solution. Noticed pilot light was out and gas fireplace wasn't working at all. Called Imran and he came out next day, which was a Sunday. Imran was very professional and found the problem right away. I had used someone else in the past to service the fireplace but clearly he hadn't done a good job as the pilot light wasn't sufficient enough to stay on. Imran not only fixed the problem, but cleaned and serviced the entire fireplace. It's working brilliantly and Imran gave us great advise on how to keep it in the best condition going forward. I will definitely get Imran to come back for a yearly service as I was very impressed. Thanks again Imran!

A big thank you to Irman for saving our linear gas fireplace!! Irman went above & beyond to not only repair but refurbish our unit after water got in it following bad rain storm.
Irman did this on short notice ...even working on the parts at his home in order to complete the job the next day.
