Steve, Colin, and Peter did an excellent job. The team was very organized from the planning and preparation phase to the actual renovations. Our old house had some unexpected challenges which they were able to quickly find a way to solve. The work was completed on time and on budget. They also went the extra mile to take care of some small details. We are very happy with the quality of the work. We would highly recommend them.

I am quite happy with the work Steve, Colin, and Peter did on my 2.5 bathrooms in the Burnaby area. From the initial quote and until the final walk through, the work was done on time and on budget. The quality of work was quite good. I was more than willing to pay for the extra work that came up once walls were opened up and on some higher quality materials than the initial quote.

We received quotes from 3 of the top Homestars bathroom reno companies and choose this one for their price and product suggestions. The 2-man crew showed up exactly on time every day. They asked questions and pointed out concerns whenever there were potential issues. Extremely professional and even went above and beyond the bathroom reno itself (installed a custom heat vent cover that we had struggled with in the kitchen!) I have already recommended this company to my neighbor and we have booked them to do a main bathroom in 2 months time. Great work! And we are incredibly pleased with how the bathroom looks now!!

We wanted a walk in shower constructed in an area 8 feet by 4 feet, which will include a toilet.
I felt that it was a tall order and left it to Steve to figure it out.
Lo and behold he came up with a plan that will create this.
Steve and his crew of Colin and Peter went to work and they created the dream which pleased us tremendously!

I can not say enough good things about Steve and his crew. We totally renovated a bathroom by removing a jet tub and replacing it with a one-piece tub. The end result was really beautiful. I would heartily recommend Steve and his crew. The crew were efficient and polite at all times. There were a few glitches along the way which were met with aplomb. The work site was always neat and tidy and the debris was removed each day. Thank you, Steve and crew, for a job well done.

Steve was kind enough to take the job last minute for us and the guys (Colin and Peter) were professional and went to great lengths to make sure we could have a great product while respecting a fairly tight schedule. We were more than happy with every last detail and would recommend them without a single doubt! Steve from Bathroom R Us was very professional, punctual and worked as scheduled. He also kept the work site very clean. The price was within par of what I thought it would be. I was more than happy with the work that he did.

We decided to hire Bathrooms R Us to renovate both of our bathrooms. This was a great decision. Steve and his highly skilled crew did a fantastic job far exceeding expectations. I have small kids and they actually looked forward to the guys arriving in the morning to begin their work day. They are extremely friendly and highly professional and have no problem explaining what they are doing at a moments notice and also making suggestions concerning various options available to us as they progressed. At the end of every work day they cleaned up all their material and it was like they were never there. This is pretty important with two little guys running around and it was spotless when they departed everyday.
Overall it was a painless process performed by a group of professionals that made the experience a great one for me and my family.
