Adrian communicated promptly and helpfully via email. He was punctual for our appointment time and was very knowledgeable. He helped clean up a very messy television wiring setup, he worked efficiently and even cleaned up after the job was complete.
I would also like to mention that I had a very curious and excited 3-year-old in the house that did not want to leave Adrian's side for several hours. Adrian was very patient and friendly which I really appreciated.

Adrian was thoroughly professional and took his time with our job to ensure all work was completed to the highest standard. Adrian mounted two TV's in separate rooms and installed cable, electrical and internet outlets in rooms running all wiring involved. Adrian was really great. He was on time and very good with communication. I needed a wall outlet moved for my cable and internet. He moved it to another wall and was very clean and organized with his work. When we were done, he noticed my remote was broken. He gave me a replacement remote and he set it up for me! TechSystem (Adrian) came recommended to me via a chat on an online forum. I needed someone to run 3-6 network cables in my residence so that I could network the house and move my IT equipment to the basement. Other companies quoted high prices and were insistent on making dozens of holes to fish the cables through the walls. My house is an end unit town house and getting the cables from the top floor to the basement seemed impossible without ripping open walls.

Adrian did the job with only one small hole on the top floor and another small hole over a shelf in the storage room in the basement. Both were very neatly covered with a plate once he was done. His work is impeccable and extremely neat. He cleaned up as he went along and was always fair and honest with me. He was very responsive with his communication and he showed up on time and did the job well. In short, he's the opposite of most contractors I've dealt with! If I could give him 11/10 stars I would.

Adrian was fantastic. He solved a messy cable situation on two of my tv setups and added my kitchen phone jack that Rogers didn't bother to connect. I would recommend him and will be giving his details to my family for more jobs.

Adrian came to mount a television above the fireplace, fish and conceal the high speed cables, install an electrical outlet and mount the components on an adjacent wall. He is very meticulous about his work and we were very impressed with his work ethic. The job turned out to be more complicated than anticipated but Adrian was professional, patient and persistent. He is very skilled, experienced and has all the tools required to professionally finish the job.

Adrian made excellent suggestions and he was willing to give us options as to the best solution for our needs. He wasn’t there just to pitch the most expensive option. He even tidied up the sub-par job that our local cable provider installed when we moved in (new build). Adrian didn’t have to do this but did so because it wasn’t done right and he didn’t want to leave it the way it was. That speaks volumes of his professionalism and his common courtesy.

Adrian is amazing. He fixed a perplexing problem with my phone jacks that no one else could fix.

For four months only one phone jack worked at one end of my condo. None of the other phone jacks worked. I had recently purchased the condo and the problem had existed since I bought the place.

No one could figure out what was causing the problem or how to fix it.

I initially used one phone company for my phone service and then switched to another phone company. I thought the second phone company would know better how to fix the issue.

The phone company sent several technicians on various occasions to my place. Unfortunately, the technicians were unable to get the phone jacks to work. They said the phone wires had probably deteriorated due to the age of the condo (the building is 40 years old) or that a wire had accidentally been cut when I had the unit renovated.

I pretty much thought the situation was hopeless. The phone company technicians recommended I just buy a portable phone and plug it into the one working phone jack to give me phone coverage in the rest of my condo.

Then, I found Adrian on HomeStars. His reviews were great so I decided to give him a try.

When I phoned Adrian, he said he would have to investigate. He stated upfront that it might be very difficult to fix the issue, or impossible, depending on the situation.

Adrian came by and took a look. After about 20 minutes, he told me he thought he could fix the issue. He gave me a very reasonable estimate of the cost.

Two hours later, Adrian had all of my phone jacks working and I had phone service in all of my rooms! He said the phone jacks hadn't worked because they weren't connected properly.

I give Adrian's service 10 out of 10 stars. He is decent, honest, straightforward and he knows his stuff. I plan to have him back at a later date to install more phone jacks, once I figure out where I want to put them.
