Vinyl Window Pro

Had some windows replaced in 2020. The installers used the wrong caulking on the entire job which had to be replaced. The salesman offered to have one of our windows aluminum clad. We couldn't open the window when this was done, making it unsafe for fire egress. One repair and the window was sticking, and caulking was wrecked. I was unable to get Vinyl Pro to respond from that point on. The real disappointment was the number of the number of times I had to call to try to get someone to come out. Many promises made. Between 2020 and 2021 both the salesman and the service manager were replaced leaving no one who know anything or cared about our job.

All 30 wooden frame windows needed replacement in my two story, walk-out basement home. After numerous discussions and quotes from various window suppliers and installers, I decided to award Vinyl Window Pro with the job. Vinyl Window Pro provided me with the confidence I needed that they had a superior vinyl window product for the price, comparable warranty and that they could be counted on for an experienced team of installers using a superior installation technique. I chose to go with double 4 mm thick and not triple glazed windows that were Low E and south facing windows that were Ultra Low E. I am very happy with my decision. Vinyl Window Pro took accurate measurements, were on schedule as to when the installation would occur and had all my 30 windows installed over 4.5 days. They started everyday on time, 9:00 AM, and always left the work site organized and clean. I inspected every window installation and no shortcuts were taken from the discussed procedure. All existing oak window casings were retained and carefully reinstalled with no damage or fit-up issues. A special thank you goes out to the lead installer Vasol (not sure of spelling) and his helper for a job well done!

Vinyl Window Pro replaced all our 30-year-old original windows. Andrey and Tisha gave us great initial advice on what we should order to best meet our needs without paying for extras that wouldn't have made a difference to us.
Basil and the installation crew worked quickly and tidied up as they went. In one spot we had a window opening with a rounded top cut into a rectangle which I assumed would leave our master bathroom full of dust for the rest of time, but if any was generated it was all cleaned up by the time I went up there to take a look.
I'd recommend them!

We had VWP install or main floor window 9 years ago, they are still looking great and performing well for us. So when we decided to do our basement windows this Spring we had them come back and they give us a fair and very competitive quotation.
I broke one of the handles on the original windows 2 years ago totally my fault and we had one screen that was tricky to get back in place after cleaning. The owner took the screen with him and returned the next day with the adjusted screen and a new handle that he replaced free of charge. Our windows are well out of warranty at this point so I consider this to 5 star customer service.
The install crew showed up exactly when they were supposed to , took great care not to damage anything , did a very professional install and cleaned up after themselves. 5 stars again.

We replaced every single window and exterior door with Vinyl Pro of our 30 year old home. They also cut 3 basement egress windows for us.
