Vinyl Window Pro

I was looking to get some windows replaced and a new one installed in my basement and the big chain renovation companies couldn't help me and one of their contractors pointed me towards Vinyl Window Pro who could help. I gave them a call and they came by on a Sunday, spent time and roughly measured and discussed options for what type of window where and then gave me a very good price for the two windows I was looking at so ended up getting over half of the windows in my house done instead! Previous contractor had priced out ~$3000 for the two windows (one replace, one install) and I was abel to get 9 windows and the new hole in my wall for just over $7000. Then when I mentioned the whole thing to a co-worker he said they had used Vinyl Window Pro recently and they had done a wonderful job. Teh installation took 2 days - one of which was a Saturday allowing for less time off work, and they cleaned up well and the windows look great! I recommended them to a co-worker who is also getting windows with them and I just ordered the rest of the windows for my house. Overall would recommend them to anyone looking to get their windows done!

Yuri was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of great suggestions on what would work best in different areas of my home. Tomas, the installer, was very professional and thorough. As I was removing old flooring I discovered my patio doors had been leaking some, so I opted for new ones. On a neighbours recommendation I called Vinyl Window Pro. They were able to install a new door in a few days. I was impressed with the door &the install. The installers did a good job, appeared very conscious of their work, cleaned everything when they were done. I will probably use them again to replaced the rest of my windows further down the road.

I was very impressed with how professional Tisha was during the entire process. He came prepared to show us actual window samples of the different styles of windows we were considering for our upper floor windows. He also had every style available to look at on his tablet where we were also able to look at actual past jobs they've completed in the calgary area. I really believe that through Tisha we purchased very high quality windows and with his partner installer we recieved excellent service all at an incredible price that no one could even compete with. I recommend Tasha to everyone I know that is considering getting new windows and we will be calling on him again when we are ready to do our main level windows.

Very professional organization, great installers and had no problems at all. Needed all main floor windows replaced. They had great recommendations and answered all my questions and there was no pressure in the sales tactics.

Tisha installed four window wells and replaced five windows for me. He provided an excellent service. The work was completed on time, with great quality windows and a very good price. I highly recommend him.

From the initial quotation, to the demonstration of the product, to the installation and clean up, everything was done very professionally. Window removal and installation was completed quickly. The reason for the four stars, as opposed to five, was that I felt there was insufficient blocking placed between the window frame and newly-installed windows. Instead, the window was screwed directly to the frame and expanding foam insulation was used to keep the window in place. Is this standard practice? I am not sure but everything I have seen indicates that shims or blocking should be used to firmly anchor the window in place. Aside from this, all was very top notch!

We had our kitchen, bed room, patio and front door replaced. The installer were very professional and kept the job site clean. We telephoned vinyl pro with a couple of concerns with our new door, and within the same day, they came back an dealt with the issues we had. They answered all our questions and concern in a very professional manner and took the time to explain everything to us. Excellent customer service!
