Vinyl Window Pro

We had our front door/sidelight, master bedroom, 2 upstairs windows, and 2 bathroom windows replaced. Vito was good at explaining our options and pricing. It seemed to be a long time between signing on the dotted line and when the installation happened; but I don't think it was an unreasonable timeline. My first choice of glass for the front entrance wasn't available so I had to make another selection, which I am quite happy with. The installers were efficient yet did not hurried; they did quality work and I love my new windows and front door/sidelight. What a difference to the look of my home, and much quieter too. I just love how my front entrance looks!! I wish I had the installers' names to acknowledge them more appropriately. Good job! The only other comment is it has been a week since the install, and a follow-up call to ensure customer satisfaction would be a nice touch, with or without this review.

Vinyl Pro was the 4th quote I got and came in at an excellent price. My inclination was to go with one of the middle quotes but Jeremy and Tisha brought along samples of their actual windows (none of the others did) and I could see the quality for myself.

When it was installation day, I was away. I came home to find all windows beautifully installed and the area clean and tidy.

I am very happy with the service we received and I would recommend this company to anyone replacing their windows.....or building a new home, for that matter.

My friend told me about Vinyl Window Pro. I called them for an estimate and found their prices to be very fair. After the installation we had beautiful new windows. Installers Thomas and Livan were very polite and did a fantastic job. Will definitely be recommending them in the future.

My wife and I added a solarium onto the back of the house a few months ago, so we needed to decide where we were going to buy our new windows. I saw the 'vinyl window pro' sign one day, so I decided to give them a call. I had a great phone consultation as well as a visit from one of the staff. We found windows that were suitable for the purpose and had them installed within a few weeks. The work was carried out very smoothly.

My husband and I recently bought an older home that required extensive repairs and remodeling, as the previous owners had 3 children and 2 dogs. There was a lot of wear and tear. We needed to replace the front steel door and a few windows. We were concerned about the mounting costs of all of the renovations. We found a very attractive and modern looking steel in our price range. Installation staff was very polite and Thomas did an amazing job.

While getting ready for the big move to my new home I was out a wide selection of windows from many companies. Vinyl Window Pro and their prices were very fair. The installation guys were on time and the installation process itself was relatively quick which is pretty key.

No complains on my end, and the house looks great.
