We decided to replace windows and doors with Vinyl Window Pro. Sales man Tisha was very friendly! The installers were clean and professional. The service was great. Only problem was our peephole was never installed in our door.

Vito was great and answered any questions or concerns. We replaced all our windows and patio door, service was wonderful, very prompt from estimate to installation. Installers were very fast and didn't leave any mess behind, they did a wonderful job. Prices were very fair compared to other estimates. Very pleased with overall experience. Would highly recommend.

We had Vadim remove our old main floor windows as well as installed new ones. Not only did he show up 1/2 hour earlier than the scheduled time, but he worked non stop for 8 1/2 hours until the windows were installed and the inside trim was done. Vadim returned the next day to complete the metal cladding on the outside and when I got home that afternoon, I was blown away by the quality of workmanship.

Not only did he clean up the piles of garbage on the outside of the house, he also swept the inside, which was great.

Company was very professional and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I needed to replace my large front window and kitchen window and front door. Vinyl Pro gave me a solid quote with no pressure. They installed in one day on schedule and were professional throughout. My neighbor used another company and my windows are noticeably better. Thanks to Vito and the install crew.

The workers were doing work on my neighbours house so I inquired about their work. He was satisfied so I had them do 2 of our windows. The contractor was very efficient and quick and I would say the price was very reasonable. I know this is a common practice for some, but they install the new window within the existing window frame. I had hoped they were going to re-do the entire frame, making sure it was sealed and insulated properly. They did, however, make sure it was sealed around the NEW windows. Cladding was installed as well. I, later had to remove the old trim inside to see if there was a good seal and used spray foam to ensure the seal. Remember to ask questions.
